Pros

  • Another nice feature is that the GeotWP team think in our money.

  • Price works out to be led expensive than competitors and you get great savings by purchasing in bulk. I've reached out to support a few times and they're always helpful and quick.

Cons

  • Prices based on API usage made this plugin very expensive, so planning on stop using it.

  • Disabled caching - had to drop the plugin because it slowed my site down significantly.

"Great plugin. Works very well as advertised. Easy to implement. "

Pros: Very easy to use, it can be added with a few shortcodes Accurate, it uses a popular DB to find the exact location Great support, always had an answer to my questions in less than 24h Very flexible, it can be used in several ways

Cons: Prices based on API usage made this plugin very expensive, so planning on stop using it Admin area could be better

"Disabled caching - had to drop the plugin because it slowed my site down significantly "

Pros: It did what it was supposed to do - allow me to create geo-specific content on a WordPress site. Using credits cost to much, so I tried using it with a Maxmind database. Worked well, except adding the the database needed to be done through FTP - there is no user interface in the plugin for that. Support was fast to respond and helped with minor things. Never found a way to make the plugin work a 100% with caching though

Cons: The plugin claims to be compatible with caching plugins such as WP Rocket. However, what it does is disable WP Rocket on the first page load. Far from ideal in my mind. The user interface could use some more help notes and a feature to upload your down database. Ended up finding an alternative, since the caching never got to work.
