Pros

Overall, I think the product is amazing. You have everything in one place, easy to navigate, and especially the latest notetaker. All the previous ones we used were not able to work with our native language, but Productive made it work. Project and task management is straightforward. Learning and onboarding to the app is super easy.

Cons

Some aspects of budgeting and invoicing can be a bit tricky at first, but after some time, you get the hang of it.

Simple and effective. Easy to use. As great potential as a backbone tool in a dynamic organization. Careful maintenance of U/X can make it a sound choice for mid-sized organizations.

Pros

Ease of use, and learning curve are the clear motives. I like the nudge approach (like when inserting time entries)

Cons

Some defaults like assuming I want to report or do something for current day. It makes sense but alternative dates (day before, week before,...) should be easier to jump to.

I enjoy using Productive, especially trying to build out processes that use it to its full potential. We have the opportunity to make it our single source of truth, and I believe it has the capability to do that. I can't wait to see what new developments also come.

Pros

I really like the ease of use, it is very intuitive, making it a great product to use. I love all of the updates and developments, the use of AI and automations across the tool is making task management and in general project management so much easier and more efficient.

Cons

I did find the reporting functionality slightly clunky, but it is improving and the AI report feature is really helping with that. For us the CRM and Deals functionality was also not quite enough for us to use it, but a lot of improvements have been made and we are currently in the process of moving our spreadsheets over to Productive for this.

Productive is a excellent solutions combining CRM, task management, deal flow mgmt, timesheet and many more.

Pros

Productive provides many different solutions that most Service Companies need, in one place, allowing multiple team members from different departments to have everything under control.

Cons

It can be a bit complex and time-consuming to get familiar with. However, once you’ve mastered its potential, it’s an investment you’ll never regret.

My overall experience with Productive has been fantastic. The app is user-friendly and has genuinely improved how I manage my time and habits.

Pros

The best thing about productive is that it replaces multiple apps (like Time Doctor, Jira, and spreadsheets) with one platform.

Cons

Due to its so many functions, it takes time for teams to fully onboard and get set up. The cost is high but if it works as it's supposed to it will be well worth it!

Overall, Productive has been a reliable and powerful tool for managing projects, budgets, and time tracking. It allows us to track resources, costs, and progress in one place, giving us full control over our projects and saving significant time compared to using separate tools. With API integrations, we can seamlessly connect data from our HR system and deliver detailed timesheets to clients, further improving efficiency and transparency. Even though we don’t use every feature, the core functions we rely on work smoothly and provide us with confidence in our project and budget management.

Pros

\- Very well-structured project and budget management. - Powerful time tracking that helps us monitor work and productivity. - Full control and visibility over project progress from start to finish. - API integrations allow us to import data from our HR application and provide detailed timesheets for clients. - Intuitive interface that makes it easy for the team to adopt. - Reporting features that keep everything transparent.

Cons

\- Some features (like invoicing) are not relevant for us, since we use our existing CRM system. - Certain security features are only available in the Ultimate plan, but we cannot fully benefit from the entire scope of that edition as we primarily use Productive for project tracking.

We switched from Microsoft Excel and SharePoint because Productive provides an all-in-one solution for project management, budgets, and time tracking. Unlike spreadsheets and shared folders, Productive gives us real-time visibility, better collaboration, and direct links between time, budgets, and reporting — saving us time and reducing the risk of errors.

Really, really like it. Productive has helped our organization develop our project management a lot. Am very please with the support and overall updates regarding the product. Feels like you listens to what we need.

Pros

We work in a lot of different teams and customers. Productive has made the collaboration SO much easier. Easy for customers to understand and for my teams to manage. Project collaboration is great!

Cons

Resourcing can be a bit off, some buggs. Would also love if there was an easier connection with the budget so we don't have to update on two places.

We have already tried 5 services such as yours during our existence (harvest, JIRA etc.) and I have to say that Productive is really IT - the master product for everything what you need to run agency

Pros

Customer support overall - your chatbot is exquisite and your team aswell, frequent development of new modules and features, !!!POLARIS!!!, pulse feature and \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

DOCs, limited nesting of tasks (subtask cannot have another subtask), missing template center for reports, few specific things for our country in invoicing (double tax for both currencies etc)
