Also I think covid hit them hard, they stopped evolving the platform, and now it's just there basically the same it was when they launched. Yes now they also have ads analyzer, but it's not as good at it could be. Pros It's very useful to analyze competitors channels, benchmark and understand some basic insights. When you’ve to analyze multiple Instagram or Facebook pages to understand trends, the entire process can be very time-consuming. Opening pages, saving best posts, writing down engagement metrics in a sheet, etc. so, that's why i appreciate Vaizle, personally. Pros The biggest advantage of using Vaizle is that you can compare several Instagram and Facebook pages together instead of reviewing them one by one. I also do not need to know the exact report or filters I want before starting. I simply ask a broad question, see what insights come up, and then work on them further. Vaizle can read and review the actual post content as well, so I can find out why a certain post worked or failed. Based on all these learnings, I can pick all the winning elements and plan out the next batch of content. Cons right now with Vaizle, I have to link the competitor pages manually one-by-one and if I’m working on a long list of brands, this process takes up some time. at some point, I’m hoping I’d be able to do it quickly. July 6, 2022 1.0 Pros This was a great product up until about a year or so ago. Now, it's standard procedure that EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to run reports that include Facebook, you have to reload the profiles and sync up the brand's facebook page. Or else it will return zero data. And it randomly does this for peer brands as well. So as opposed to a tool that helps you automate reporting and lets your team focus on other things, you get to build out new reports every month like you just started using Vaizle for the very first time. And it takes 4x longer than you want, wasting valuable time and resources for your team. You can contact support. And they will email you back within a day saying it's fixed "for that brand.". Then rinse and repeat EVERY SINGLE time you run a report. As in, every time. Used to love the product. It's unusable now and we are shifting to a competitor due to the rapid decline in reliability and ease of use/flow. Cons Reliability is insanely bad. It's supposed to automate the reporting process. I have connected all my ad accounts and social channels, and I just need to ask questions. For example: I have a chat that connects to all my accounts and every morning I just run this query: “Any revenue drop yesterday? Based on yesterday’s performance, prepare a to-do task list for me.” Vaizle also understands my business and competitors, so it is always on top of industry knowledge. So, I rarely have to worry about reporting, growth plans, etc., these days. Pros The chat interface is what I like most. I can ask a question, check the answer, and then ask a follow-up without starting the analysis again. It is also helpful to have data from different sources available in one place. Since multiple people can work through the same account, it is easier for marketing, ads, and other teams to stay on the same page. Another thing I noticed is that Vaizle understands marketing terms and metrics quite well. I do not have to explain ROAS, CPA, conversions, engagement, or other basic context before asking a question. The answers usually feel more relevant than what I get from a generic LLM. Cons I would like more pre-designed report layouts. The current interface works well, I can simply type in the kind of report I want. Pros It's so simple and easy to use there was no learning curve... I was able to dive in and get to work. Really love being able to see what and how our competitors are doing so that we can enhance our game.. Viazle makes that easy to do. Cons Honestly, I haven't had any disappointments in using Viazle. After buying it in October, the first thing I did was use it to pitch to one of the prospect and they were totally impressed after seeing the report. I could actually tell them what and where are the gaps. Needless to say, it wouldn't have been possible without it. Pros Super useful if you are looking for in-depth analytics and reporting! Competitor tool is great as well. This tool is a must for improving your social profiles (yours and/or your clients´). It saves you so much time and it is really easy to get running. No more struggling and putting pieces together from complex FB reports. Cons Was a little disappointed how quickly you get through the 25 profiles, track a couple of competitors and if you enter all their social media you have used up a good chunk. For an agency, you would have to get a bigger plan. But looks like a good deal at the moment. With that being said, it's clear this is a new product and is still a work in progress. Pros Keeping track of social media and ad analytics for multiple accounts can be a real hassle. Repeatedly switching between accounts takes up all your time.
