Pros: I really like the reports I can access: marketing and zip code reports are not only helpful for our business, we also share the details of these reports with our local tourism council and government officials. It's great sharing what our railroad brings in terms of where people travel from into the county and state. I really love how easy it is to set up my events. It's so easy, and really takes just a few minutes to set up each event.

Cons: none at the moment

Overall: I have found that DTS not only streamlines my needs as the administrator for ticket sales, they have essentially left zero room for error. The team at DTS is available to answer my questions when I'm either learning something for the first time, or just need a reminder on something that I have forgotten. The staging side was so helpful when I was first learning as well. I like that I can let DTS know that I need to add this, or tweek that a year into doing business. Our needs sometimes changes, and they make the adjustments if needed. This is not a cookie cutter program - the program was built based on our needs.
