We have had issues with people making reservations and not being able to follow through at point of purchase. Not with DTS.

Pros

The biggest thing is that this product is simple to use. Far too often we have used similar products which were not as advertised.

Cons

I cant say that there was anything that I did not like or that I would change about using this product.

The museum sold it's first on-line tickets on 2/16/1018 and we have never looked back. The DTS ticket system replaced our manual system and it has continued to save us hours upon hours ever since. DTS has been providing "Mission Critical" service since day one and they still excel in that area. They are a Five Star Company in every aspect and we highly recommend them.

Pros

The flexibility of the overall program and the ability of the entire staff to make modifications particular to our operation and to respond to intermittent glitches in the operation

Cons

With regard to the running of trains to support the Whippany Railway Museum's operation, we focus on the positives rather than the negatives. It is only a negative situation when something cannot be fixed on a timely basis or a request cannot be supported. In a few instances DTS pointed out the our request would not be in our best interest as it might jeopardize the integrity and or security of the system. I might add that that situation has come up very infrequently.

Pros

This service has substantially reduced our office work load while making it easy for individuals to purchase tickets at their convenience on line. Customer service for my staff has been outstanding!

Cons

We have had no complaints or issues using this software whatsoever

I have found that DTS not only streamlines my needs as the administrator for ticket sales, they have essentially left zero room for error. The team at DTS is available to answer my questions when I'm either learning something for the first time, or just need a reminder on something that I have forgotten. The staging side was so helpful when I was first learning as well. I like that I can let DTS know that I need to add this, or tweek that a year into doing business. Our needs sometimes changes, and they make the adjustments if needed. This is not a cookie cutter program - the program was built based on our needs.

Pros

I really like the reports I can access: marketing and zip code reports are not only helpful for our business, we also share the details of these reports with our local tourism council and government officials. It's great sharing what our railroad brings in terms of where people travel from into the county and state. I really love how easy it is to set up my events. It's so easy, and really takes just a few minutes to set up each event.
