Great software and excellent user support. One of the best tools in our shop!

Cons

There is a 10-15 minute lag time if you need to add a discount to a completed invoice, but I have found no other cons.

I find it a very interesting platform for those who have a fleet of vehicles, being able to estimate the time and amount of maintenance that it may require.

Pros

The product is easy to use and easy to understand, affordable price and very generous customer support.

Cons

It still didn't look good to me explains the difference between using it in a fleet or a personal vehicle. Some proposals are difficult to interpret, something that is easily resolved as you use the app.

They have been extremely helpful and I couldn't say anything bad about them. They always go the extra mile. Happy I decided to use them and will continue to use them.

Pros

Our shop in Brooklyn is fast paced so I was worried it wasn't going to be able to handle our daily influx of cars. I like software alot, it's fast and easy to pull customer info. Few things I've asked for they added to system to make my life easier. Live support chat is a real person and is actually helpful.

Cons

It was their reports before but now that they have their advanced reports out. They took awhile to release it but they did release it as they promised.

Pros

I love the fact I can add photos to quotes. Once customers see what's going on with their vehicles, service sales itself.

Cons

The fact the their customer app hasn't been realeased yet. But from what I was told, less than a month before release. I'm confident once they release free customer app, my clients will love my service even more
