Just impossible to think about our work without Google Sheets. It is probably the only non-replaceable tool in the company.

Pros

Couldn't work without. We have all our monthly plan on Google sheets in order to be accessible to everyone anytime and it works just perfect. It's so easy to make and review formulas and now with the AI it's even easier. Best value for money by far.

Cons

Sometimes the automatic suggestions are too invasive, but you can turn them off. And it happens that the formulas may change without noticing it for apparently no reason, so it requires always to be checked. In-app AI can be improved

My overall experience with Google Sheets has been really positive. It’s easy to use, works smoothly, and makes organizing information much less of a hassle. I love that I can access my spreadsheets from anywhere and share them with others without having to send files back and forth. The real-time collaboration is super helpful when working with a team, and everything saves automatically. It’s also great for everything from simple lists and budgets to more detailed projects. Overall, Google Sheets is convenient, reliable, and flexible, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who needs an easy spreadsheet tool.

Pros

Google Sheets is honestly one of the easiest and most useful spreadsheet tools I’ve used. It’s simple to set up, easy to organize, and works great for everything from basic lists to more detailed projects. I really like that I can access my spreadsheets from anywhere and share them with others instantly. The real-time collaboration is especially convenient when working with a team. It also saves automatically, so I don’t have to worry about losing my work. Overall, Google Sheets is reliable, flexible, and super convenient. I’d definitely recommend it for both personal and professional use.

Cons

One downside of Google Sheets is that it can feel a little limited compared with advanced desktop spreadsheet software. When working with very large or complex spreadsheets, performance can sometimes slow down. Some advanced features and formatting options may also take time to learn or may not be as powerful as those in dedicated spreadsheet programs. While Google Sheets is excellent for everyday tasks and collaboration, users with highly technical or data-heavy projects might prefer a more advanced tool.

Google Sheets is where most of my day-to-day data work happens, mainly because getting someone else into a spreadsheet takes one link and no explanation. That single advantage changes how a team works — shared trackers, budgets, and planning docs stay current because everyone edits the same live copy instead of trading attachments.

Pros

Collaboration is what it does better than anything else. Several people can work in the same sheet at once, see each other's cursors, and leave comments, with no version conflicts and no emailing files back and forth. Sharing is a link and a permission setting, and the full revision history means you can always see who changed what and roll it back. It's free, runs in a browser on any machine, and autosaves constantly so nothing is ever lost. The formula set covers the vast majority of real work, and functions like IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, and GOOGLE FINANCE do things desktop spreadsheets can't. Google Forms feeds straight into it, Apps Script handles automation, and it connects easily to other tools.

Cons

It slows down on large datasets. Once you're past tens of thousands of rows with heavy formulas, recalculation lags and the browser starts to struggle in a way a desktop spreadsheet wouldn't.

Pros

All in all my experience with Google Sheets is quit positive for both my personal and professional work. Although some improvements may provide a better user experience like advanced usage of templates and better support responses.

Pros

Google Sheets offers excellent features for a great value of money. Features like formula calculations make simple to complex budgeting data analysis smooth. It's interface is user friendly even for beginners. It also offers real time collaboration which allows number of people to work on same work sheet at the same time without any hassle.

Cons

The built in templates are not worth the hype as per my personal experience can be better with wide usage. Also the customer support fail provide the needed assistance with complex issues.

My overall experience has been good because it has helped a lot with work and understanding balances and at work.

Pros

What I like most about Google Sheets is how useful it is at work. We use it to track inventory across different warehouses. The fact that it is free is nice so the value it offers us is wonderful. We use formulas a lot to project new balances for the future so we can predict what inventory of products to receive in the future. It is fairly easy to use once you get used to the templates. The user interface is friendly and inviting and it is clear as to what you can use it for. I have never had to use customer support for Google Sheets because I never run into problems.

Cons

Using Google Sheets has its downsides like not being useful with large data sets and limited data analysis features.

On the whole, google sheets is awesome. It works well, comes with lots of storage space inside google drive, and has all the predominant features someone would want. It's also possible to have multiple currencies and languages within one sheet, which is super useful for international data.

Pros

Functions exactly the same as the one we all grew up with but it's integrated into the G-suite, so it's much easier to access more often. The smart features are great for writing in equations and there's lots of templates for diverse business needs.

Cons

The mobile version is extremely difficult to navigate. I'd like if it were easier to view from our phones. Also, I dislike using google sheets to create a graph for google slides. It permanently saves it as a separate file in google sheets, which seems like a waste of storage space to me.

Overall, my experience with Google Sheets has been positive. I have used it to organize data, track information, create reports, and collaborate with others on shared projects. While there are some limitations compared to Excel, I find it to be a user-friendly and efficient tool for managing data and improving productivity.

Pros

What I like most about Google Sheets is how easy it is to organize information and collaborate with others in real time. It makes tracking data, creating reports, and sharing updates simple, while its built-in formulas and automation features help save time and reduce manual work.

Cons

What I like least about Google Sheets is that it can become slow when working with large amounts of data or complex formulas. Some advanced features are also more limited compared to Excel, which can make certain tasks more challenging.

It helped me so much to organise during school I love it!! Definitely everyone should learn how to use Google Sheets (work and non)

Pros

I used a lot Google sheets throughout school but also now while working it helps me to organise everything, mind-blowing how much stuff it can do (for free also)!! I love how easy it is to set something up or calculate in a second. Sometimes I've used it for collaboration and I've got to understand how the interface when opening it works by now.

Cons

At the beginning it was a bit difficult to understand how to use but I got the hang of it going on and on.
