If I ever get stuck on something, I just do a quick search and find the help I need. Sheets is powerful for formulas, filtering, sorting, and tracking edits. Pros I like that Google Sheets are accessible online and changes are live, so it's easy to collab with teammates. It's also really easy to comments and tag and assign it to other people to track edits, notes, etc. Cons There are a few features which I find easier to use in Microsoft Excel, so there's just a slight learning curve with Google Sheets. Pros I love the auto save function as I don't have to worry about losing my work. Cons I often need to add more rows above or below something and it has to be done one by one instead of adding a bunch at a time. Allowed simultaneous work & collaboration tracking" February 17, 2025 4.0 It was difficult to set up, but it functioned effectively once I used it to deal with HW changes in the industry where Iyqs yorking was present and I had to manage several teams. At times, it was sluggish, and it got even slower when I tried to incorporate dynamic cross tables. At the very least, everyone could work on it simultaneously, with the ability to quickly and easily see who is working on what and receiving notifications of any new lines or features your team has added. Pros If our business uses Google Email, it is more simpler to utilize initially for data exchange and teamwork. Additionally, it can be handled rapidly and you can easily restrict locations. Cons Since these functions and names are not exactly the same as those in Excel, which we are all familiar with, doing the identical tasks in Excel becomes more difficult and time-consuming. It is somewhat required that we compare it. Furthermore, dealing with a poor connection makes things much slower and nearly impossible. Review Source MS Matthew S. Pros All of Googles programs have great ease of use. Being able to access/edit files anywhere is super helpful. Cons No major complaints, but it does auto-log me into one google profile when I may be using a different one and I have to manually switch. Pros I like how easy it is to use. I compare it to excel and excel is something you have to have someone teach you- google sheets can be easily taught on your own. Pros It is a useful way to share and collaborate on files with people who don't have Microsoft Excel - the ability to access anywhere is also very important. Being able to download and upload excel to Google Sheet is also useful. Cons It doesn't look great and sometimes it doesn't seem to synchronise changes across multiple users as I would like. Pros Sharing and collaboration is the main feature I like at Google Sheets as multiple users can edit and add data in the same time without the need for save. It has an intuitive interface and is easy to use and learn. Formulas are very well documented and easy to apply withing the sheets. Cons The fact that is accessible just online although I would prefer live collaboration than offline access.
