I even have my parents using it! and it's free so it's a no-brainer to use for everything. Most of the foundational elements of a spreadsheet are there but being able to work in collaboration with others is such a game-changer from the old Excel days. I know it's simple but the value is immense. Pros I love how shareable the files are. The control it provides over accessibility such as edit and read access, for your org colleagues, or per individual - is excellent. and don't forget about the file versions in case you need to go back to an earlier version. Cons It's different from Excel and that has taken some time to get used to. I often find myself hopping over to Google to find a certain formula or to figure out how to find a certain feature - though I did recently find out that many of the same hot keys work on Sheets as they do with Excel.
