It allows for the creation of custom policies and the application of policies to groups of agents. But, The SaaS dashboard can sometimes take a long time to load, hindering efficiency for administrators. Configuration needs to be done correctly, customise policy needs to do contacting the customer support. Response is good. Pros It is user friendly (Easy to use). it has good solution for onprem and cloud environments. it's user behaviour and Shadow logging is unique and important for the current situation.
