It's a minor inconvenience, and overall the benefits outweigh this limitation. But for those times when a quick back-end fix is needed, it's something to consider.

No mobile access, and the limitations of being free. For small companies this is a huge advantage, for anyone that has to deal with software changes , it creates pause on the longevity of the software or the price point.

Being in HR, I mostly connect with employees for onboarding and training purpose. I wish Helpwire had recording feature, it would become easy to give out videos.

This App has changed the way I used to offer remote support to my team. I am loving it and have deleted or stopped using all other options for Remote support.

Pros

Forget all the Remote support apps, Helpwire is the best one I have ever used. There is no lag during the access. Once you get the consent, working around the remote system is very smooth.

Cons

The only issue I found is sometimes the screen freezes but the connection is not lost. You just need to close the window and open it again from within the Helpwire window. Apart from that there is nothing to complain about.
