### "Amazing Desktop Support Solution"

I've never been more satisfied with the service quality of a remote desktop application in my entire freelancing career. Considering the fact that it's a free remote desktop support solution, Helpwire is really worth a shot!

Pros

The best part about HelpWire is its user-friendly interface that lets us get started right away without much formalities. I'm happy that I've found one satisfying remote desktop solution.

Cons

The software could be improved by adding a session recording feature, which could be really helpful in recapping important meetings. I couldn’t find any major drawbacks.

Overall it is a decent and very good application for remote access.

Pros

Free remote support software that can be used for personal/individual purpose. Fast and Hassle free set up, just register free account, share the connection link to the client and get access permission to take control. You can download .exe if needed. we can switch between multiple remote desktops and view dual displays of a device at once.

Cons

I did not find option to record the session which we can refer in future. Also It is not supporting the mobile device.

Pros

It looks like it should be great, but it mostly refused to cooperate

Cons

Even after installing control software it wouldn't behave

Pros

HelpWire was able to provide clear instructions for installation for me and the user to get it installed and for me to take control of the users computer despite being the user working from a Mac and with me working from a Windows.

Cons

The user would need to restart a couple of times after the installation of HelpWire in order to get the connection established to allow me to connect and control.
