Na dit succes zijn we nu ook bezig met de inrichting van Vplan voor onze projectplanning. Pros Het systeem is stabiel, intuïtief en duidelijk ontworpen met de gebruiker in gedachten. Door de goedwerkende databank van Vplan kunnen veel instellingen en aanpassingen zelfstandig worden uitgevoerd, wat ons flexibiliteit en controle geeft. Cons De koppeling tussen Exact en Vplan had iets meer tijd nodig dan van te voren gedacht/gepland. Echter was dit niet ten nadelen door Vplan. Pros The tool gives very much insight and a good overview. Furthermore it's very user friendly to work with. We use it to schedule the process of our architectural buildings we build as a contractor. It's also possible to invite other parties, so the collaboration is smoother and every party does know what and when it has something to do. Cons We do not have any cons, it's perfect for us, an exactly fit in what we need. We do very like the user interface and the ease to use it. Planner Furniture ### "vPlan: Efficiënter plannen, met meer overzicht" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 9/10 September 16, 2025 \- Door vPlan krijg je veel meer overzicht: wie doet wat, wanneer en wanneer is diegene daarmee klaar - Je kunt snel reageren op veranderingen: Mocht iets langer duren kun je mooi alles opschuiven, of juist iemand toewijzen die erbij helpt om de deadline alsnog te halen - Je kunt mensen berichten sturen op specifieke kaarten, zodat iedereen direct weet waar het over gaat - Je moet nog steeds zelf nadenken over de planning en haalbaarheid, maar je ziet de voortgang en problemen van een project wel direct Pros Ik werk nu een tijdje met vPlan en ik moet zeggen dat het echt een handig programma is voor het plannen van werk en projecten. Wat ik vooral fijn vind, is dat je in één oogopslag kunt zien wie wat moet doen en wanneer iets af moet zijn. Het ziet er overzichtelijk uit en is makkelijk te gebruiken. Een groot pluspunt vind ik dat je alles kunt slepen op de planning, dus als er iets verandert, pas je het makkelijk aan. Je hoeft niet telkens alles opnieuw in te vullen. Ook kun je meldingen krijgen als er taken binnenkomen of als iets bijna af moet zijn, dat helpt om op tijd te blijven. Daarnaast werkt vPlan goed samen met ons andere programma. Als er een opdracht akkoord is dan komt deze automatisch in vPlan te staan, waardoor je meteen ziet dat er actie vereist is voor deze opdracht. Je kunt hem inplannen vanaf het begin: Bijvoorbeeld op deze datum gaan we inmeten, wanneer kan je dan komen monteren? Dan sleep je het kaartje erin bij inmeten en zie je direct vanaf wanneer het gemonteerd kan worden. Het werkt ook andersom. Als een klant aangeeft dat ze het op een specifieke datum of week gemonteerd willen hebben. Je sleept het kaartje dan op de montagedatum in de planning en alle andere kaarten worden terug gepland, waardoor je direct ziet wanneer er uiterlijk aan begonnen moet worden! Al met al super handig en overzichtelijk! Ik werk er graag mee! Cons Het grootste nadeel blijft discipline van de werknemers. Dit is niet zo zeer een punt waar vPlan zelf iets aan kan veranderen, maar wel een groot ergerpunt. Als de werknemers een kaartje binnen vPlan niet op gereed zetten, dan blijft deze open staan en kan het ook invloed hebben op vervolg kaartjes. vPlan heeft goede manieren om dit te voorkomen, bijvoorbeeld met meldingen etc. Maar dit blijft toch een punt waar we heel erg op moeten hameren.
