Pros: It was easy to complete and made complete sense.
Cons: The results showed two completely different profile matches when answered the same.
Overall: Prone to employer bias.
Great abilities but it requires a permanent knowledge
Pros: Such a wide range of possibilities, many other E-learning tools do not offer.
A lot of depth in use as an admin allows to configurate a lot.
The interface has improved positively the last year. Keep it up that way!
Cons: To me it doenst look and works intuitive at all. You must be trained in order to use as an admin. This causes you often do not know how do do things properly if allready you know they exist.
Overall: It improved our learners (employees) a lot. However it is not allways easy to use as an admin.
