We sunk a year of time into getting an integration up + paid for both the implementation and a year of subscription. However, we received no benefit. Pros Honestly, there was nothing positive about Flexspring in the 12 months that we tried to deploy and use one of their integrations. Cons \- Deployment for a very simple integration between 2 major payroll / HRIS platform took 11 months; poor project management and no initiative shown by the Flexspring implementation team- Product was still returning errors on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis by the end of our 12 month contract; a month of troubleshooting the integration did not resolve these issues- Account support was slow and unhelpful; would require multiple emails and over a week of waiting prior to some responses Review source Non-incentivized review: any software user can leave a review for any product listed on our site. Cons The payroll integration system is not what it should be, I’m not sure exactly how I feel too much about this software considering I chose to use something different.
