I had a great experience with RealPage AIM. My implementation consultant, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], was wonderful, confident and knowledgeable. I have been turned over to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who is my Customer Success Manager and she has done a great job staying in touch with me and answering any questions I may have.

Pros

It has the potential to make my job easier.

Cons

I don't have any problem with the software design or set up.

The team was very easy to work with. They resolved issues very quickly. IMS staff never talked bad about other providers and instead focused on what the IMS did. Not every provided did this. I really appreciated it.

Pros

It provides good analytics and investor management.

Cons

Setting up new deals, capitals and commitments was a little confusing.

Our investors really appreciate having a personal dashboard where they can feel more involved in the deals.

Pros

Having a CRM, accounting and many other features all in one streamlined software.

Cons

There is a lot of learning needed and education about most of the features.
