Pros I love the ease in having all my teams programs and resources in one place. I am on Shift 80% of my day and do not need to leave most of the time. Cons Username and passwords don't save. Pros Shift is awesome. I love having everything work related in one “space”. Product is clean, functions as intended, and is a staple in my workspace. October 15, 2019 5.0 Pros I love the Gmail integration, I love how easy it is to get to my Google calender, Google Drive and gmail all from the same tab. Pros I like that I have all of my email accounts in one place, with my Multiple Chat platforms that are needed for my day to day tasks at work. Shift is the best there is right now. Pros I compared a couple of software solutions that do the same thing as Shift. In doing so, I kept coming back to Shift. Shift is fast, easy to setup and extremely reliable. Cons Skype disconnects and I have to sign in again. This is not a huge con but it still exists. December 26, 2018 3.0 This app wasn't worth the price tag at all, and I was extremely disappointed after gaining full access to its features. Pros I liked being able to search for documents from multiple accounts. Cons I wish that Shift would have allowed trial users to test out the app features. January 12, 2018 4.0 Pros Ability to be logged in to all accounts at the same time and not run into regular browser issues that I used to encounter. Especially love being able to work with all the different Drive accounts and files within them. Cons I have issues with office365 accounts that I've added. January 10, 2018 3.0 Pros About this software, my favorite thing is that the communication tools I always use can be used in one place. The point that Grammery can be used is also good. Cons As you install slack, twitter etc, loading will be delayed and no notice will come. Is it saving memory and operating it? Pros The consolidation of multiple windows into a single app makes my workflow so much easier. I can check my email, respond to Slack messages, updated Freshdesk tickets and punch in and out for my shifts all from one place. Cons Upon launching the app at login it will sometimes not load. Shift has streamlined my inbox challenges and enabled improved responsiveness Pros I have several different email accounts assigned by my clients for their simplicity - but until I found shift this mde my life complicated. Pros The many extensions that enable working on multiple items while in the same application. Pros I love the concept. It is very nice having all my essentials in one application and consolidated in such a way. I like that I can ignore all notifications of one app if I need to not be disturbed. Cons A few plugins can be very buggy at times. For example, Slack is an application I use most frequently, but there are a few things that frustrate me on a daily basis. Sometimes clicks don't register, sometimes it is laggy in general, also when you hover on an emoji reaction to a message, the names of the 'reactors' do not display. " October 15, 2019 4.0 Helps my productivity greatly. Anyone looking to save time in the day should use shift. Pros I love the amount of apps it integrates with. It’s brilliant and almost perfect. Cons The gmail integration always needs to be refreshed. I’m constantly “allowing” gmail to be authorized. Shouldn’t I only have to do this once? Not a lot of gmail extensions are accepted either. Could not be happier with my decision to got to Shift Pros I love that I can have all the "apps" I use during my daily routine in one spot. I used to have like 30 tabs up and running! Now I use Shift to help with that. I have all my gmail accounts connected to it. I have my business apps from Xero, Hubspot, HelloSign, Slack, Stripe, ClickUp, Toggl, and Sure Payroll. A dream! The only inconvenience I've really found is that I can only have one QuickBooks Online tab open at once instead of multiples like I can have in a browser.
