### "A dashboard to increase efficienct"

We implemented Shift in an effort to streamline our digital workspace. Our aim was to reduce "clicks" specifically clicking in and out of programs and apps that we use daily. On any given day we are actively using 4+ programs or applications so shift is helping us increase efficiency. There is a learning curve and some getting use to as to Shift as a whole and how it works as a program but I believe that as we continue to use Shift, we will become increasingly proficient and efficient within it.

Pros

The aspect I like most about Shift is the fact that you can create a "one stop shop" dashboard for your digital workspace. There are many integrations with other softwares as well

Cons

I do not like that the opened tabs do not transfer/carry over from workspace to workspace. Also, the online interface of certain programs isn't as easy to use or appealing as the desktop version of these programs - but this may be an issue with the programs themselves instead of with shift.

The fact that I can do so much without having to open a million windows in my browser is brilliant and not having to deal with so many passwords also key to saving time.

Pros

The integration of all the different apps I use to keep my work and life on track and organized are invaluable for a Home Caregiver.

Cons

At this time I can't really think of anything I've come across yet that hasn't worked for me.

Pros

I used to be one of those people who had 20+ tabs open on my browser at all times. One for each of my emails, calendars, and all the internal software I use for my company. Now that i'm on shift I only use my browser for one-off items. Shift has streamlined my entire workflow. I cannot imagine what life was like before Shift and will never go back to the multi-tab diaster that use to be my daily life. I literally cannot recommend this product enough.

Cons

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Freaking. Awesome.

Pros

Having all my email accounts, integrations literally in one menu without having to toggle through different windows and apps. It has sped up my workflow like nothing else. The. Best.

Cons

Some quirks with the integrations with Monday (downloading attachments) and T-Sheets (logging out every time I close the app), but otherwise really great. It's still a new platform so I'm sure they'll fix these as time goes on.

Pros

I was excited to try shift given how much I bounce around between clients gmails and google drive accounts. The app has a good design and works pretty well. Worth trying.

Cons

I wish you could do a little more with the free plan but I get it. This is a very useful tool if you're trying to stay organized, efficient and have a variety of clients.

Sift is a great product that was super easy to use and pick up on.

Pros

This app allows me to micromanage every single one of my email accounts, slack spaces, project management systems, and much more without having to move around a bunch. It's well thought out and well designed.

Cons

When dealing with numerous accounts, it would be nice if the icons were organized in a better way on the side bar so that I could see every account at the same time without scrolling...maybe just having them smaller would work better.

The consolidation of all my google accounts was life changing. Have access to multiple drives and emails with a click has saved me so much time.

Cons

I have multiple Asanas and slacks so it it would be nice to be able to have multiple tabs for each of those apps.

With my work email setup, every day i have to delete the email account in Shift, and relogin.

We use Basecamp as our project manager, and being able to switch from emails to that is really nice. It has made our jobs so much easier!

Pros

I love having all of the programs that I use daily in one place. I can quickly switch between programs and switch back. There is no lag time to do so, no logging into each one every time. Very user-friendly for everyday use.

Cons

At times you get logged off from an account or two, so it can be frustrating to have to log back in. But, that's about it.

The overall experience has been great! I had one issue that required customer service, and that was easy to accomplish and went smoothly and quickly. Using the application every day is great!

Pros

I like how easy it is to have all of my emails in one application, along with my most frequently used other websites and apps. It makes it very easy to make sure I stay on top of all of my work and personal communications.

Cons

The emails make me often resign in and reauthorize shift accessing my emails.

I feel I miss fewer emails having them all in one place with Shift. Emails from various platforms can be added to Shift and it's not limited to just gmail addresses.

Pros

I like being able to see all of my emails in one spot. I also like to be able to search across all emails. I believe I am more efficient using Shift.

Cons

Shift signs you out of various emails at times and you need to log back in. This can be annoying and there seems to be no rhyme or reason why it does this.

It has increased my efficiency to the max!

Pros

Shift has made things so much easier for me in my business. Being that I manage a host of clients and admins, I'm able to toggle to different accounts easily as well as my most used apps. The layout is simple and efficient. I also like the ease of access to my favorite Google apps which are Drive and Calendar.

Cons

The browser is not my favorite thing to use and sometimes, Shift will log out of my accounts.

The application is 95% perfect. I've tried resolving the last 5% that I have had issues with, and I get no response from support personnel.

Pros

The features of this software are fantastic. All of your necessary communications accounts are in one place.

Cons

If you contact support, you'd be lucky to get a response at all. I've contacted support with no response whatsoever. This is a very bad thing for a paid "service".

Pros

\- Ability to have multiple services connected under one single window - Easy to set up all these services - Wide range of products available to integrate it into one window

Cons

Security wasn't that clear. So I had to do research and investigate more about. Giving your password to this app, to use all of these other products, is kind of hard to do. But after reading online and doing research, i felt comfortable doing it. I believe if Shift would make that easily available the moment once signs up to it, one will feel more comfortable in giving this information

### "Good way of minimizing tabs"

Generally good. Messenger and WhatsApp integration are really what keeps me going back to Kiwi.

Pros

lots of apps and integrations along with GSuite apps, works with gmail extensions.

Cons

Uses a lot of battery if too many apps are connected. Doesn't let me re-log in to apps using Dashlane. Can't resize the sidebar (I want the text of detailed mode, but want to shrink it when needed, like when using Sheet or Asana).

I'm far more productive because all of my email accounts and calendars are together.

Pros

I literally can't imagine running my business without Shift! I have multiple email accounts across multiple clients and having all of them together makes it so much easier to stay organized. And, no more having to have multiple tabs open in my browser!

Cons

The only thing that kind of bugs me is it opens attachments in another tab, but it's not even that bad.

Despite the downsides, I couldn't find anything,ng better for my needs and it works for my day-to-day use. Just the calendar tool would be amazing!

Pros

I can finally see all of my different emails in one place, plus WhatsApp, Asana, Trello... No more 100s of tabs open or 100s of desktop apps.

Cons

No unified calendar option, that's really something I'm missing... and actually for 99 euros a year, I feel like it's a little deceiving. It's basically just a unified browser and not a real app where you integrate your emails, calendars etc. in.

Reason for choosing Shift

It had the possibility to see calendars and emails and I could use it with high security Gmail accounts (other tools wouldn't allow me to access that.

I've had a great experience with Shift. I've been a lot more productive, it's easier to use when I'm doing presentations on Zoom, and it's not that expensive.

Pros

I like its ability to integrate with multiple email accounts, and it allows me to work more productively.

Cons

When using Google Meet within this program, it doesn't allow the screen to be shared. This is a known problem, but they haven't been able to fix it yet.

I was unimpressed. The free option doesn't offer enough functionality to be useful nor does it provide enough functionality to determine whether I'd want to pay for upgraded benefits.

Pros

What I liked most about this was the concept. The concept is that you can load various accounts (email, project management, social media, etc.) into Shift and have it be a central hub where you can access all of those things. It promises simplification.

Cons

Unless you want to spend the money to buy the upgrades, you have very limited functionality. One email account, and one other option (project management or social media or other), and that's it. It doesn't offer a robust enough free option to even determine if the paid options would be worthwhile. With only two things added to it, it doesn't simplify anything for me.

It's super fast to find content from multiple accounts via the unified search interface. The integration of Google Drive and Calendar makes switching between different services a breeze.

Cons

It would be nice if the additional "integrations" such as Jira would be deeper integrated - e.g. instead of being just an embedded website, it would be great to have a nice interface which utilizes the services api to perform calls.

It's good but I likely wont continue using it... If there were cheaper option or a free option I may give it more of a shot.

Pros

I like the options and how integrative it is (or at least could be if you decide to pay for it)

Cons

I didn't like that the advertisement shows you the full version, you then have to download it to try it and only then does it tell you about half of their features you have to pay for.

This app does save time by avoiding log in and out from different services. Each tab is its own browser meaning I can have multiple tabs (sub-tabs) open, I can leave and work on another account and then come back and pick up exactly where I left off. I definitely recommend.

Pros

Great multitasking tool. We work with multiple clients at the same time; often, they have the same app services such as Google, smartsheet, MS Tams, Slack, etc. With this app, we can toggle back and forth between clients without having to log in and out each time, thus saving us considerable time each day. Pros: All apps listed on the panel, quick toggle, works well with google and MS services. Support is quick to respond. Plenty of online resources.

Cons

Some login issues with less common services using single sign-on services such as Facebook.

Pros

I love being able to have multiple email accounts. I manage so many of them so it makes it so much easier.

Cons

I would like to have some email accounts password/pin protected because we all share this computer and it would be nice to have my personal email here also without everyone having access to it. It would be great to have notification badges on the other apps. Also, the email account types are very limited.
