Pros Let's you avoid having multiple windows open and consolidates all to the SHIFT window. It was also a good price. Cons HUBSPOT integration is poor. It also routinely LOGGED ME OUT of my logged in accounts. With hubspot the gmail integration was poor for workflow I explained this to their support. Reason for choosing Shift It sounded great, but it's Hubspot integration is not ideal at all I explained that to their support and it keps logging me out daily of everything in SHIFT which made it more annoying then it was worth. Pros Before using Shift it was very tedious to switch between my several gmail accounts. Now that I use this software I eliminate the risk of sending emails to people from the wrong accounts. Cons This software is constantly updating and glitching. Almost every day it switches me out of 1 or more of my connected email accounts, which causes me to manually login through Shift and connect the account again. Pros I truly enjoyed the ease and simplicity of shift. When I was using Shift I was a personal assistant and had many different accounts/emails and logins to keep track of and this simplified everything for me. I lreally liked it. It really makes it easy to see what needs to be addressed, all in one spot. I always recommend it to others. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Pros It's an easy to use tool that allows you stack every single productivity app. They have every single app I use, and more. I have a ton of email accounts - freelancing, personal, company - that I can add. I used to log into every single email provider on my browser but now I can do it all from one tool! There are a few small things I'd like tweaked or added but overall I enjoy having it. Pros What I like most about Shift is how it centralizes all of the different sites and apps that I use on a regular basis and keeps them all organized and in one place for me to access. Particularly for work it is helpful to have all of my work tools in one place that I can easily access rather than having a ton of windows and tabs open mixed in with everything else. Cons I wish that there were more apps available to integrate into my Shift screen. I also wish that it did not periodically log me out of my apps that I have within shift. The appeal of it is the ease of use and access and that is somewhat diminished when I have to continue to enter and re-enter my passwords. This has allowed me to have all of those things in one dashboard saving me tons of time and headache. I also use it for work and we have a very outdated internal management system that we use and because of it's versatility we are considering using it to bring all of the apps that we would need to replace our current system. Pros The software is intuitive and easy to use and allows me to have almost all of the programs that I regularly use all in one place. It's so helpful that I've found myself looking to see what programs integrate with it before purchasing them. Cons There isn't anything to dislike about the software. The only negative thing that I could say is that when I originally purchased it some of the programs were a little buggy but they've fixed those issues and I haven't had any issues for months. I sent a lengthy email with a bunch of insight, then was hit with -"this email wasn't a real email, and we don't monitor this, please send any. questions to... " Could have at least setup the mail forward! Pros I like that I can be logged into multiple gmail accounts without having the issues I get using a browser. I manage a lot of emails so this was a huge selling factor to me Cons The cost just doesn't seem to justify what it offers. I wish it had more than just aggregating all the apps I currently use. I end up using my iPad a lot for the convenience if there was a mobile app I'd pay a lot more for that, or some way to optimize with my iPad. Review Source RH Raney H. Pros I'm a freelancer, and I have multiple clients who want me on multiple email addresses and project management platforms. Before Shift, managing every single one of them was a nightmare. Shift keeps me productive and sane, and I would not do without it. Cons There are a few features and functions I wanted to see on it that I couldn't get. For example, I'd like to see more personal to-do/calendar/productivity apps on there vs. huge project management apps, and I'd like to maybe see some personal budgeting software on there too. The program is intuitive and easy to use. I wish it were cheaper, but I can see the value of the product ad why it costs what it does. It has saved me hours of time opening and logging into separate email accounts multiple times a day. Pros I love that I can have access to multiple email accounts in one place that are easy to find/navigate. I have a professional email, a personal email, another professional email for consulting work I do, and another professional email for student government work. I have access to all of those easily on Shift, and getting through my email is a breeze now. Cons I find I have to log into the accounts more frequently than I want. At least once a week, I need to do this, and the purpose of the software (for me) was to keep the accounts open, separate, and secure in an easy-to-access manner. Review Source QS Qudsia S. Pros I think it is easy to set up, use and implement into your daily routine. I am in and out of multiple accounts, programs and emails all day and it makes that integration seamless. At any given time I've got 3 personal/professional emails, plus show specific emails. Many of them are paid GSuite accounts, but many aren't. The ability to manage several emails and drives without having to sign in/out truly saves hours of time and headaches per project. Being able to add in apps like Dropbox and Spotify is next level. It almost feels like I have a separate, simple operating system. Cons Aside from a few glitches that get quickly patched, I have no complaints. My company supports employees to purchase Shift. Cons Shift refuses me to log in to the account sometimes if the account is using Centrify. The only way to fix the issue that Shift Support told me is resetting all settings. It's highly stressful because every time I have to set up all my 3 accounts. It is my go to, and the only application I use outside of chrome. Second to none, and I recommend it whenever I get the chance. It would be amazing if it did all it was supposed to from a conceptual perspective. Pros For the most part, I love the concept. It seems like the silver bullet to unify interactions with so many platforms. Cons The integration with some very important platforms isn't optimal. I loved the software the minute I watched the promo. Thought it was too good to be true, then tried the free version and then fell in love and invested in the pro version - BEST MONEY SPENT. Been using it ever since I found it in early July. GREAT feature and keeps me focused and productive. LOVE LOVE LOVE the software! Pros I love how it cuts down on my CPU usage. Chrome takes lots of memory and Shift seems to do the job with 1/3 of the power. I love how I can have my Whatsup, text messages, and emails all in one spot. LOVE IT! Cons I would love if we can have the mute notification for longer than 24 hrs and also enable that on more than just the email. I can easily go around my emails and apps with a breeze. Cons exiting it is buggy always sending an error, even when I did some things customer service told me to do. In the short time using it, there was an update already, which addressed the CPU hog I faced. So I am confident that the team is in it for the long run. Pros All in one. That is what comes to mind when I discovered Shift. I had some doubts at first but seeing the extensive list of applications that are accessible via one interface, made me try Shift. And in two days time most of the software I use and is available in Shift, is activated. Having one application open in stead of several is very convenient. New integrations being added is important, the team is working hard to add those. Very excited! Cons Currently I do experience a bit of a CPU hog. October 15, 2019 4.0 Very Pleased! Pros Having immediate access to my four GSuite accounts to manage my emails, calendars, and drive. I'm really pleased that it's able to also house my AWS, Jira, Salesforce, Expensify, LinkedIn, Monday, LucidChart accounts as well. This allows me to avoid having 20 browser tabs open at once but still having access to everything in just a few clicks. Cons Sometimes the connection to GSuite falls out on me. I also like that it goes beyond email and pulls things like Messenger and Hangouts into one dashboard. It's a lot cleaner than browser tabs and it's easy to shut off when I need to focus on tasks. Cons Accounts that sign out. That's really frustrating. The other thing would be that I need more types of email (Yahoo) to interface with this. It's a work in progress, I know.
