We never felt "alone" in the process of getting our race up and running! Cons Hmm...cannot think of any in particular. It is an excellent system that allowed us to work smarter and faster. Pros This software is extremely intuitive. There are a remarkable number of customizations for a user to take advantage of, however even no customizations are done the end result is still has an extremely professional look. Cons I have yet to find something I don't like. Cons I'd love some html pages with more "drag & drop" like features. The pages are limited in how to design them, and it would be nice to be able to design them better. I had to go to each individual person and get them that way so I had everyone’s correct size to order. Pros Easy to understand and to use! I liked the way our race registration page turned out. It was eye catching and appealing. Cons There are too many sub-menus in the registration back-door page (the page where you actually manage your race). It gets really confusing.
