CEO Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Feature reach ad tracker with amazing support" April 20, 2020 5.0 Pros RedTrack has super-fast and professional support. Not only the support team comes to help, but when the issue or requests are non-standard, developers join the conversation as well. This gives me a feeling of security and makes me believe that my tasks are taken care of. Speaking the same language with support is very important to me. When it comes to features, it's hard to pick the best ad tracker, though I pick RedTrack whenever I need to: - Stitch complex funnels together (i.e. track inbound and outbound traffic on portals) - Postback conversions to Facebook, Google Ads, and Bing Ads as RedTrack has a direct API integration with these ad networks. Cons Getting an SSL certificate for custom tracking domains might be simpler, home someday they will enable Let's Encrypt certificate auto-generation. Setting up campaigns etc is fairly easy when you know what you're doing. Support for Google products is really nice as well. Cons The reporting overview can be somewhat slow from time to time. I also don;t like how the overall conversion rate is calculated. Since the main competitor changes prices all the time I did not trust that one. Software has all the features that other trackers have plus some new ones. They value user feedback and implement changes requested. Great value for money. Cons Ease of use depends on the style of each company. We missed several features to speed up our work, we contacted support and they implemented them. That helped me tremendously. Pros Redtrack allows analysis per multiple dimensions (3 in base package and 5 in professional package). Competitors allow for drill-down analysis, while Redtrack allows for true 3/5 dimensional analysis. (They call it grouping.) If you heard of "correlation is not causation", you know why it is important. Cons Actually I like everything so far. Base package allows only 3 levels of grouping, but I opted for professional one. Not only was there all the functionality I wanted and needed, but it was priced right. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or running a ton of traffic you will be very happily surprised with their system. On top of that their support has been amazing (better than any other platform i have been on). Pros Functionality, ease of use and priced right! Cons Honestly there are no negatives. Pros RedTrack is first tracking software for reasons and these is some of it : 1-Easy to use ; 2-Low price ; 3-Advanced tracking system... Cons Maybe they need some upgares on Publisher Panel but they already work on improvements.
