Pros: It was very easy to get my classes set up and I find the way the system works to be functional. I haven't had many issues at all as an administrator.

Cons: I do find that it works the best from my computer as opposed to my phone. As a teacher, I've had several parents have issues with signups going through, but honestly, that might be due to parent error or administrator error. Now that I'm running my own registrations, I haven't had any problems.

Incredibly easy to use and nicely streamlined for parents. I love their customer service too!

Pros: It is really user-friendly. It did not take long to learn it and I can train my admin staff to use it pretty quickly. I like the interface, everything looks nice and is readily accessible. I LOVE the customer service team, they have always been really fantastic and totally understand my needs as a small business offering kids' programming.

Cons: It is simpler than some of the other registration systems, which I think mostly works to it's advantage. Sometimes though I need the software to do something more specific and there's not an option available. I do appreciate that their customer service team is always really responsive to these moments though. They either walk me through other options or even talk to the development team about adding further features.

Overall: I'm having a much smoother time registering families for my programs. Previously I had a lot of drop ins and even registrations who hadn't actually paid, but with Sawyer I've really minimized how many people I have to track down for payment later. I also appreciate that there are questions built into registration and that I can even add more questions, which comes in very handy when I'm running the camp and have kids for the whole day.

Too notch customer service. Able to customize and create a system that works well for your needs.

Pros: Ease of use and built in capabilities that didn't exist with our last system. Automated system greatly benefits our clients - they now have total control over their purchases. Customer service. The sawyer team went above and beyond to help us customize the software to fit our needs. New functionality and improvements continue to launch making this a great business decision.

I haven't even turned a month and I already love it.

Pros: I love how well organized it is and straight forward for my customers to use. I also like how it doesn't take too much of my time. Everything is there, taking attendance, having record from every students, emailing directly to everyone or just one parent.

Overall: Sawyer does most of the work for me. I have more time for myself.

Meets my business needs at the moment. Easy to navigate through the product.

Pros: Easy to set up events and manage clients. The process is intuitive and straightforward. Another plus is that the payments are deposited to your checking account pretty quickly.

Cons: I wish to customize the enrollment process a little more, but lots of new features seem to be in the roadmap per conversation with Isabelle.

Overall: Supporting a small, local business.

I'm grateful for sawyer as this gives me a platform to post my schedules online and collect payment.

Pros: Everything works pretty seamlessly- I haven't had any issues with the software lagging, or with glitches so that's good

Cons: I find that a lot of it is counter-intuitive. For example, you can't simply upload an activity and location in one go. You have to add an activity, then add the location, then add the semester. It seems a bit overly complicated. It's also not really possible to add drop in classes as they are- they all come up as semesters and with my program I mostly don't do semesters- I focus more on the drop in classes as my program runs year round

Overall: Ability to link my schedule on my website and take sign ups from parents

Sawyer has been an incredible resource for me and has helped my business grow. It is wonderful!

Pros: I love the ease of use, the customer support, and the frequent upgrades they make to the service. They have a brilliant team of tech support and programmers and are extremely professional and available for all of my business needs.

Overall: Increased efficiency, productivity, and freed up time to focus on growing my business. Parents love the seamlessness of the registration process, and it is so easy to set things up on the back end as well.

Overall satisfactory. Help in setting up was shaky at first but problems resolved...

Pros: Ease of use for the customers. Streamlined look on the site.

Cons: Not having more control over the images, and confusion over refunds. Delay in receiving payment deposits.

As a company owner, I have found the software to be incredibly helpful with scheduling my classes!

Pros: I really like how the way the software looks on my website and its functionality. Customer service has also been incredible and has taken all of our suggestions and tried to implement as much as possible to make everything easier for us to use and for our customers.

Cons: I wish there were a few more options on how to display classes as semester versus drop in. Also some clients have found it frustrating to sign up for a class- honestly i think this is pure laziness on the customer end and not wanting to have to "sign up" for sawyer tools in order to sign up for our class but if there was a way around not having to do this it would make it much easier for us to have drop ins pay at class. generally they don't want to go through the whole signing up process because it looks more difficult then just inputting payment.

Overall: A great looking and organized way for our clients to sign up for classes on our website!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy managing the software is. Customer service is wonderful!

Pros: 1. Report Tracking of payments and fees collected/paid out
2. Linking to my web site was a plus that didn't require any extra fees to do so
3. I no longer have to "chase" parents/clients down for past due balances or "threaten" them with late fees
4. I like that I can create discounts and that the sibling discount is also embedded

Cons: I don't like that credit cards are the only option for customers I would love to have an option of ACH for my customers.

Hands down absolutely been a positive change for my business as well something to offer my clients.

Pros: The simple process and viewing for the families (clients) to sign up for our offerings.

Also love that I'm able to have all the information for the camps and classes imported into excel!

Cons: All the clicking here then here to set up a class that will be offered. I'm sure once I get more used to it might be easier.

Overall: Able to stay more organized with our offerings in more way than one. As well have an up to safe data base. Truly I can go on and on.

Pros: Very easy to add, delete hide classes. The plug in link includes cart check out and payment system. I wish I found Sawyer 6 weeks ago i would have save 700 dollars and a bunch of time.

Cons: It's child oriented, my surfing lessons at sandiegosurf.com are for children and adults so I shared with sawyer that it would be nice to have the word child 1 child 2 etc...replaced with surfer 1 surfer 2 etc...Or for others artist 1 2 etc Golfer 1 etc...Also I suggested a calendar view and a repeat button for a super easy input system for providers, Sawyer listens and in in the process of this and more. I think the system is very good and will become excellent. I shopped a lot to find the right match and I think sawyer and sandiegosurf.com are going to make a great partnership

Overall: Simple to use and improving

The staff is amazing! Any questions I have they quickly help me.

Pros: I love how families can purchase more than one class. I love how it adds a professional look and experience for families.

Cons: I wish we had more options for personalizing the layout. For example we don't have camps and call our events Pop-Ups so we had a few families confused on where to look.

Overall: Ease for our families to purchase multiple classes.

Using Sawyer has made my experience as a business owner much easier!

Pros: I love that I can keep track of class attendance and provide parents with an easy to use online method of signing up for classes.

Cons: the layout of the semesters in long list form can be confusing to search through when making adjustments

Overall: This software allows me to keep track of registrations all in one place and does the attendance for me. I do not have to worry about classes over booking. I can also easily contact parents of an entire class all at once. It provides an easy online method of registration for my customers.

Sawyer is a new platform which has its Pros and Cons. But overall, I'm pleased with Sawyer.

Pros: Since Sawyer is a new platform they are continuously adding new features and finding better ways to handle more complex transactions. Their customer support is incredible and the pricing is reasonable. I also LOVE the customer facing side. The design is sleek and user friendly.

Cons: It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles some other platforms have and the back end can be a bit clunky and hard to navigate at times but for a small business looking for an affordable solution for registration and class management, this platform is great!

Overall: Helps cut down on the amount of time I spend collecting class tuition and has helped us immensely with tracking attendance.

The team at Sawyer made it really easy for me to switch over from using Constant Contact Events.

Pros: I like that there's a cart so that people can purchase multiple activities for multiple kids in one transaction.

Cons: My customers are still finding it hard to navigate the registration. It's a little busy-looking on the registration page since I have multiple class dates available. I'm looking forward to them making each session collapsible, so parents only see the session they are shopping for.

Pros: i like that it easy to register for class with but honestly its not my favorite software because of how difficult it is to work with and its not inherently intiuitive so i dont have many positive things to say unfortunately

Cons: its not the best, it doesnt allow for enough customization and its hard to edit . it doesnt always make intuitive sense and its overall confusing to use.

I've used this software as a provider and I've been very pleased.

Pros: It's really beautiful on a screen and integrates nicely with my website. I love the updates where you can see class seats at a glance and financials at a glance.

Cons: I'm desperate for a free trial class option. I feel like so much has been streamlined -- but not having this feature makes for a lot of work for me.

We've increased revenue significantly thanks to Sawyer.

Pros: That I can do it myself. I also love that my customers can sign up without my help. And I can adjust the de so I get the full payment.

Cons: It's a little tricky and not totally intuitive. Even after 6+ months of user I still often have to hunt around to find what I'm looking to do.
Also, the software doesn't support my rolling admission class sessions.

Overall: We have created happier customers. For me personally it lowers the written burden of taking reservations. And I love when I get an email showing that someone has just reserved a camp week! It's almost like passive income!

The Sawyer team is great, they respond quickly and help resolve issues. Platform is elegant.

Pros: It's clean and straightforward, meaning that our clients have hardly had any issues using it, which is great.

Cons: Still waiting on more functionality behind the scenes, such as late registration fees, multiple coupons, etc
