Pros The data gives you facts to work with not based on feelings which we have a tendency to make decisions on feelings instead of facts in church world. It gave us insights to our givers and their giving patterns as well us forced us to take a look at our stewardship strategy. Cons Nothing really, it is not a CRM it's just purely giving data analysis. You will still need your ChMS software to help you understand the rest of your ministries.
