It is a revolutionary donation platform for Republican campaigns. It integrates seamlessly into our email marketing platform, which saves our team time importing and exporting donor files. The interface is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of the product. Revv also makes reporting fundraising numbers to our clients very easy. Time is always money in the agency world and Revv has come in handy in time crunches. Cons Adding custom fields can be a bit challenging to add, but the new version of Revv has made it easier. It’s my go-to donation platform, and I always recommend it to our clients. The customer service has been amazing—big shoutout to Jacqueline and Lila for always being approachable and quick to help. They’ve been a huge support for our team. One of the things I really like about Revv is how responsive the team is. Whether we have a question or run into an issue, they’re always quick to step in and help. I also love how customizable the donation and petition pages are. The widgets make it super easy to tweak things to fit our needs. Plus, being able to track how leads turn into donors in real time is a game-changer. It’s a great way to see results fast and keep our clients updated. Pros What I love about Revv is how easy it makes optimizing our donation pages. Features like widgets, recurring checkboxes, and donation pledges create a smooth, user-friendly experience that helps donors follow through on their contributions. The petition pages are also a great tool—they let us connect with supporters on a deeper level, which makes it easier to turn them into donors. On top of that, pulling donation reports is simple and straightforward. All the information we need is right at our fingertips, which makes reporting a breeze. Cons One thing I find challenging about Revv is how hard it can be to keep page templates organized and accessible. Right now, I have to scroll through tons of petition and donation pages to find the templates I’ve created. Searching “template” works, but it would be so much easier if we could pin them to the top for quick duplication. It’s not a huge deal, but streamlining this process would make a big difference. On the merchandise side, I’d love to see options for promo codes or running sales on storefronts. It would be a great way to motivate supporters to donate and make the experience even more engaging for them. We will continue to use the service but any continued improvements on the reporting side will only improve our ability to raise money for clients.
