Pros Been using the application for more than 4-5 years now, takes away the idea of having to have a huge HR department if you are willing to have your hands on the with the daily operations, it's a win win. Cons It's important that you go through the manual and train yourself before diving into the usage. Although there is room for several better features regarding syncing the planner board and the speed of it, we highly recommend this product to project managers who work with several planner boards in Planner. Pros We have been using planner for our software development scrum/agile methodologies. We work in Microsoft and have always had great experience with planner. However, planner is great for individuals, it is not great for project managers or managers. There is no way to get an overview of all the tasks in a certain budget, within a certain date or for a certain employee. This is where Planner Manager comes in. It completely solves this issue by allowing us to create views for all these scenarios, in a simple and effective view. We have been using the software daily since then. Cons What our team likes the least about this software is how long it takes to sync all the different plans to the client. We have several dozen customers and have a planner board for each one. Choosing and syncing each of these planner board has been kind of annoying over the years but the benefits of planner manager far outweighs this. We would also have loved some kind of feature that would allow us to automatically sync a planner board when it is created.
