"Terrible Experience with Interguard"

**Overall:** Terrible. Do not but this product. I cannot get a refund since I paid for a full year. What a waste of $$$.

**Pros:** Easy to install and start working with it.

**Cons:** It stopped working after a week. Support recommended reboots which were done. Never worked again. Did not have loads of time to spend to get this to work.

"short and to the point"

**Overall:** This monitoring software works ok and could be better.

**Pros:** InterGuard silently runs on the most common platforms.

**Cons:** The InterGuard software fails to record screenshots or data activity too often and requires support tickets to be opened to resolve. The uninstall process does not consistently recognize manager or admin passwords to uninstall when finished using on a target. This leads to orphaned software being left on the target machines or having to wipe and reinstall the operating system to remove. These areas need improvement.
