Pros

-   The platform delivers excellent value for money and includes all the features an MSP needs to manage and secure endpoints across different environments.
    
-   For the price point, it offers some of the best value for money in the UEM space, especially for mid-to-large sized enterprises.
    
-   Value for money Endpoint Detection and Responding device with interactive UI and easy to use also have feature of deployment immdi
    
-   Overall, Endpoint Central provides a lot of value because it saves money by eliminating the need to purchase separate tools.
    

Cons

-   Through the configuration deployment (push method) of endpoint management, there is no admin option to prioritize or see any current running tasks on clients which can sometimes stall a simple task for hours when it takes seconds to execute on the local machine.
    
-   For example I have groups for patch management, self service portals for users, specific repeatable installation configurations but I always need to know what the group is called (or at least part of the name) to find it in the custom group list because all I see is a long list that I can sort or search. But I cant sort them in folders for specific purposes (as an example).
    
-   This delay can affect real-time updates, patch deployments, and remote troubleshooting sessions, especially when devices are outside the corporate network or connected through slower internet connections.
    
-   This makes it difficult to automate policy deployments that need to follow a fluid AD structure, often requiring manual workarounds or separate scripts to ensure the right users are targeted as they move between departments.

"A Complete Endpoint Management Solution for MSPs"

**Overall:** My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been extremely positive. The platform delivers excellent value for money and includes all the features an MSP needs to manage and secure endpoints across different environments. From device management and software deployment to enrollment and endpoint security, everything is centralized and easy to manage. The interface is user-friendly, customer support has been reliable, and the platform has helped streamline remote support, configurations, patch management, and overall IT operations.

**Pros:** ManageEngine Endpoint Central has, without a doubt, every feature an MSP needs to manage and secure virtually any environment, from remote access and patching to policy configurations and endpoint control.

**Cons:** ManageEngine Endpoint Central offers a wide range of useful features for endpoint management, though the initial setup and learning curve can take some time for new users.

**Overall:** It is mostly a turn-key product that is open to potential improvement through their feedback channel.

**Pros:** One of the key features I use is the Automatic Patch Deployment under the Patches and Threats module to schedule vulnerability patching for both OS and 3rd-party apps. One can also exclude some 3rd-party apps if those are critical enough to be handled manually.

**Cons:** Through the configuration deployment (push method) of endpoint management, there is no admin option to prioritize or see any current running tasks on clients which can sometimes stall a simple task for hours when it takes seconds to execute on the local machine.
