### "ManageEngine Overview"

April 16, 2026

5.0

Overall it has been great and ManageEngine has been very supportive of us. The support team has been very helpful in explaining certain features that we did not understand as well.

Pros

The centralization of all of the products for our technicians and the ability to easily manage it. The deployment of patches and apps to all of our devices has also been simplified for us.

Cons

The issue with the agent that has been occurring with our mac devices but this could likely be a issue on our end.

### "Manage Engine EPC "

March 31, 2026

5.0

I am a big fan of the product. My company did not have any UEM product in place when I started so the ability to spin up endpoint central quickly and rapidly deploy agents across the network was a huge assist on getting them up to date.

Pros

The ability to update all the types of machines across our network internally and externally has been a huge help for our org.

Cons

I was not a fan of no dark mode but that seems to have been fixed with the newest update! I train our new employees on the software and their initial spin up is usually difficult but once they get integrated with the software it becomes much easier to identify where they need to go for the tools they are searching for.

### "Excellent tool for managing environments of all sizes."

May 6, 2026

4.0

Largely positive. Has made assisting users remotely and keeping machines patched easy and scaleable.

Pros

Overall a well thought out tool for managing a full enterprise environment worth of user machine, as well as easy and quick imaging for large deployments.

Cons

There will occasionally be an instance where some of the managed machines will lose contact with the service, being unreachable until repaired. Maybe 1-2% occurrence.

### "Well-Rounded UEM Tool for Medium to Large Enterprises"

August 25, 2025

5.0

It provides a comprehensive platform for unified endpoint management, covering patching, software deployment, asset tracking, and remote troubleshooting in one console. The automation features, especially for patching and compliance, significantly reduced manual effort and improved security posture. The interface is generally user-friendly, and it helped us manage both on-premises and remote systems effectively.

Pros

I liked that it consolidates patching, software deployment, asset management, mobile device management, and remote troubleshooting into a single platform. This reduces tool sprawl and makes administration easier.

Cons

While user-friendly, some areas (like advanced filtering and custom reporting) could be more flexible.

### "ManageEngine Endpoint Central Review"

November 11, 2025

5.0

Overall, is a powerful, feature-rich, and cost-effective Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution; with the perpetual license, it helps reduce license costs.

Pros

I appreciate having a dashboard where I can manage all my devices and ensure that all software is up-to-date, automatically scanning for patches, maintaining all software updates, and receiving good local support.

Cons

The endpoint agent can occasionally lose contact with the server, requiring manual intervention, but this also expected, as there is no tamper-proof controls, especially when there are disruptions from end users.

### "ManageEngine Endpoint Central Agent is a masterclass in IT utility software."

May 10, 2026

5.0

Stability is non-negotiable when it comes to endpoint management, and the Endpoint Central Agent delivers. It is a lightweight service that runs efficiently in the background, ensuring that it doesn't hog system resources while providing constant connectivity. The deployment process is rock-solid, and the error reporting is transparent, allowing for quick remediation when a configuration doesn't go as planned.

Pros

The core strength of the Endpoint Central agent is its ability to bridge the gap between IT admins and remote endpoints. Whether you are managing laptops, desktops, or servers, the remote control capabilities are fast, reliable, and secure. It removes the "guesswork" from troubleshooting, allowing our team to jump into a user’s machine instantly to resolve issues without needing the user to be physically present.

Cons

It is rare to review a piece of software and find absolutely nothing to complain about, but ManageEngine has managed to achieve a level of polish that leaves little room for criticism.

### "My experience with Endpoint Central"

April 6, 2026

Endpoint central is an effective solution for my district's software version management and update needs.

Pros

Customer support was prompt and thorough, they helped me address multiple issues within my single customer support call.

Cons

Updates are more challenging than I figure they should be. I would prefer a single updater application that has a modern and fast GUI for versioning.

### "One of the better Management softwares - Would Recommend"

November 24, 2025

5.0

My Overall experience with Endpoint Central has been great! I love the features and has high potential especially for bigger integration

Pros

I love that with Endpoint Central; the integration of PowerShell and a built-in file manager make managing endpoints fast and simple. I also love the Self service portal option as it makes optional apps easier to deploy for users to use when required.

Cons

I find the Remote control a bit disappointing as I feel like it could meet its full potential with a dedicated client for Remoting onto endpoints, similar to how Connectwise ASIO works. I would also love if they could implement a backstage like interface similar to Connectwise
