It's a very good product with numerous features and backed up by excellent customer support. I have been in technology for 38 years and the support is by far the best I have ever encountered.

Pros

The software is comprehensive and intuitive. I have been using the software for around eighteen months and it provides all the functionality you would want for this type of product.

Cons

Nothing! There are rarely any issues but if problems do occur the support team respond very quickly and the issues are generally resolved within minutes rather than hours or day.

It is feasible for small and large companies. It allows us to manage all of our end devices, both mobile and desktop, allowing us to maintain them in a secure and feasible way, with updates managed in a safe and feasible way for the good performance of our IT organization.

Pros

It allows for centralized management, where you can centralize the management of your devices, management of security patches and applications.

Cons

Endpoint Central administration has more pros than cons. Where it got a bit complicated for me was in the configuration of email management for the administration. Then I got the error.

Pros

Modularity with great integration between modules. Clear UI with many section dedicated to a single purpose. Complete suite for management at affordable price.

Cons

Missing summary widget/page reporting progress of ongoing tasks. Some difficulties finding the patches missing from repository.

As of now I am very happy to implement this and hoping it will meet our expectation as till now, it didn't let down me for any task which i wanted to perform and it didn't do.

Pros

We are implementing Endpoint central in our organization and tbh, i am blown away by the capability of this solution. mind blowing part is, you get all the tools and solutions under 1 umbrella. best part is, it's user-friendly dashboard and very easy to use all the platforms. you can customize/modify the solutions as per your needs which is not very easily accessible in other solution providers. just to give reference, I almost wasted my 1 month to find the root cause of a problem to fix 1 user configuration item through many other portals and still couldn't. once I deployed the same from Endpoint central, it worked like a charm. Very happy as of now.

Cons

As we are implementing this solution so yet to find a con as it is working good as of now but yes issues can come up any time.

Overall, it’s a great tool it really makes the job easier. It allows us to quickly identify which workstations need patching and manage them efficiently.

Pros

What I like about is that its dashboard is very detailed. I use it mainly for patch management and remote access. One thing I noticed during remote sessions is that when a workstation restarts, it automatically reconnects unlike other systems that require you to reconnect manually. For patch management, it can handle bulk patching efficiently, which our current system cannot do. It’s also great for inventory management, as it allows us to easily see all the software installed on each workstation.

Cons

For me, the downside is that it’s a bit expensive compared to other software. However, when it comes to functionality and value for money, it’s definitely worth it.

I’ve been using this tool for nearly five years now, and it has consistently delivered excellent results. It has fulfilled all our requirements effectively. We first discovered the tool during the COVID-19 period, when managing remote work became a major challenge. Once we deployed it on end-user machines, the transformation was remarkable—it truly felt like magic.

Pros

Its very advanced in features. Secure and responsive, even over low-bandwidth connections. Useful for audits and compliance tracking

Cons

Some features could have been bit polished for better user friendliness. When tasks like patch deployments fail, the tool sometimes lacks detailed error messages which would have helped us in troubleshooting

The tool is quite useful, especially for the lower price. The software installation tools are good. I like that it will auto update some well-known packages. I wish it was easier to update TLS certs. I would love it if there was a Let's Encrypt or other ACME integration.

Pros

The remote control works quite well. Once you set up a software install package, it's very good. Being able to run CMD/PowerShell as the user in the background is really useful.

Cons

TLS cert updates don't work in the web interface. Funky batch scripts in the installation must be employed to install new certs.

Deployment, endpoint management. The connection is not stable, I can't deploy anything or do remote control to my remote machines

Pros

The platform is easy to use and deployment with the silent option works like a charm. The remote access interface is better than other platforms.

Cons

The manual upload of patches is a little confusing, but something we can figure out. The patching process is organized efficiently.

Overall experience is really good and less work for as an admin but there are several module where many place for the improvements as a whole product.

Pros

There are several good feature with endpoints management, easy application deployment, windows patching is really good and easy to manage in complete automated way.

Cons

There are no cons but many chances to improvement here, for example to match up with current trend on Self Service Portal include application icon to easy and fast action from end user.
