### "Reliable, All-in-One Endpoint Management That Simplifies IT Operations"

March 3, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been positive. It’s a comprehensive and reliable endpoint management platform that brings key IT tasks together in one place, which makes managing devices much more efficient. The automation of patching and software deployment has noticeably reduced manual workload, and the remote support tools have helped resolve issues quickly without needing physical access. Reporting and inventory visibility are useful for tracking compliance and asset status. While setup and initial configuration require planning, the ongoing management experience feels streamlined and dependable for our business/company.

Pros

What I like most about is its all-in-one centralized management. Having patching, software deployment, remote control, and asset management in a single console significantly reduces tool sprawl and saves time. The automation, especially for OS and third-party patching, stands out because it minimizes manual effort while improving security compliance. It’s practical, efficient, and built with day-to-day IT operations in mind. We also receive great support from the Manage Engine team when we require assistance with something or request a certain feature. It certainly delivers value for money.

Cons

On MDM, the remote control feature for mobile devices is not stable needs alot of improvement. We end up having to use another prdocut such as Teamviewer host. 2. Having to manually add devices to the Bitlocker management policy everytime a new laptop is setup is also tedious. There shpuld be a way to automatically have this happen.

### "Robust and Scalable Endpoint Management for a Fleet of 1,800+ Assets"

March 3, 2026

4.0

Managing a fleet of 1,800 assets requires a tool that is both robust and agile, and delivers exactly that. It has become the backbone of our IT operations, allowing us to maintain high security standards through automated patching and remote troubleshooting. While the interface has a slight learning curve due to its depth, the efficiency gains in software deployment and asset inventory are undeniable. It provides enterprise-level control at a very competitive price point.

Pros

Scalability and Centralization: Managing 1,800 assets from a single pane of glass is seamless. The ability to push configurations and security patches across a diverse fleet (Windows, macOS, and Linux) without overwhelming the network is impressive. Automated Patch Management: The automated workflow for testing and deploying patches is a lifesaver. It ensures that our 1,800 endpoints remain compliant and secure with minimal manual intervention. Self-Service Portal: It significantly reduces helpdesk tickets by allowing users to install approved software on their own, which is essential when managing such a large volume of devices.

Cons

Reporting Complexity: While the data is all there, generating custom, high-level reports for a fleet of 1,800 assets can sometimes be cumbersome. The reporting module could be more intuitive and modern. Initial Configuration Overload: With so many features available, the initial setup and fine-tuning of "Collection" policies for a large environment require a significant time investment to avoid overlapping configurations. Agent Communication: Occasionally, troubleshooting agent-server communication issues on remote devices can be tricky without deeper diagnostic logs directly in the console.

Reason for choosing ManageEngine Endpoint Central

We chose Endpoint Central over alternatives like Microsoft Intune or Ivanti because of its 'all-in-one' approach. At a scale of 1,800 assets, we needed a unified platform that could handle patch management, software deployment, and remote support without switching between different vendors. ManageEngine provided a more comprehensive feature set for third-party patching out of the box compared to its competitors.

### "Best bang for your buck! You cant go wrong as an MSP or in-house IT."

April 6, 2026

5.0

Overall, EPC has Huge Bang for the Buck! The user experience navigating the software is good as well.

Pros

Tools! While there are a huge number of addons, the base UEM software is loaded with tools. Remote management with EPC is one of the more powerful remote management software's I have ever used.

Cons

Heavily accented service/support. Support can be very difficult to understand! On one of my last calls with a support rep, I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself.

### "Comprehensive Endpoint Management with Minor Usability Challenges"

May 6, 2026

5.0

Pros

One of the things I liked most about is its comprehensive all-in-one approach to endpoint management. It simplifies patch management, software deployment, and asset tracking in a single platform, saving both time and effort for administrators. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate even for non-experts, while automation features significantly reduce manual work. I also appreciate its strong security capabilities, including vulnerability management and compliance support. Additionally, the reporting and monitoring features provide clear visibility into endpoint status, helping teams make faster and more informed decisions. Overall, it is a reliable and efficient solution for centralized endpoint management.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks of is that the initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for new users without prior experience. Some advanced features require additional learning time and proper tuning to work effectively. The interface, while functional, can feel slightly outdated and cluttered in certain areas. Performance may also slow down when managing large-scale environments with many endpoints. Additionally, customization options for reports and dashboards could be more flexible. There are also occasional issues with patch deployment failures, which may require manual intervention to resolve, impacting overall efficiency.

### "Effective Endpoint Management with ManageEngine Endpoint Central"

April 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It is a reliable and comprehensive endpoint management solution that simplifies day‑to‑day IT operations by centralizing patch management, remote support, software deployment, and asset tracking in a single platform. The interface is well organized, and the remote troubleshooting capabilities are especially effective in resolving user issues quickly. While some advanced features require a brief learning period, the tool proves to be highly efficient once familiar. Overall, it has significantly improved endpoint visibility, operational efficiency, and system compliance.

Pros

What I liked most about was its all‑in‑one endpoint management capability. It brings together patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, asset management, and security controls in a single console, which makes daily administration much more efficient. The remote control feature is particularly useful for quick issue resolution without disrupting end users. I also appreciated its user‑friendly interface and well-structured dashboard, which helps in monitoring endpoint health and compliance easily. Overall, it significantly reduces manual effort and improves endpoint visibility and control across the organization.

Cons

One area where could improve is the initial learning curve for some of the more advanced features, as they may take a bit of time to become fully familiar with. Occasionally, navigating through multiple options can feel slightly detailed, especially for first‑time users. That said, once accustomed to the platform, these aspects become easier to manage, and they do not significantly impact the overall effectiveness of the solution.

### "ManageEngine Endpoint Central Review: Solid All-in-One Endpoint Management at a Reasonable Price"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, Endpoint Central remains a solid, cost-effective choice for centralized endpoint management if you can work around the occasional module integration quirks.

Pros

We have been using for a couple of years now, and it serves as a powerful central platform to manage all our endpoint needs — from Windows, macOS, and Linux desktops to mobile devices — with straightforward deployment, automated patching, software distribution, and comprehensive endpoint management. It offers easy zero-touch enrollment, flexible device configuration, and seamless integration with multiple third-party tools, making it highly efficient for our IT team. Best of all, it delivers enterprise-grade features at a significantly more reasonable price compared to competitors like Microsoft Intune or Ivanti, providing excellent value for money without compromising on functionality.

Cons

On the downside, not all modules tie in with one another as smoothly as expected, and some workflows feel disconnected or require extra steps that don’t always make logical sense. The interface can also feel overwhelming with too many tabs and settings, reporting customization is somewhat limited, and occasional agent or deployment issues need manual troubleshooting or support.

Switched from

[System Center](https://www.capterra.com/p/70929/System-Center/)

We switched from Microsoft SCCM to primarily due to much better pricing and the broader range of features it offers in a single unified console. SCCM was becoming expensive and limited in scope, while Endpoint Central provides stronger third-party patching, easier software deployment, and more comprehensive endpoint management capabilities at a significantly lower cost.

### "ManageEngine Endpoint Central"

May 15, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. I am happy and satisfied using the product because it has helped simplify endpoint management and reduce the amount of manual work required for daily IT operations. The platform is reliable, easy to manage once configured, and provides a wide range of features such as patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and asset management in a single console. I especially appreciate how efficiently it handles routine tasks and keeps devices secure and up to date. The automation features save time, and the remote management tools make it easier to support users quickly. Overall, it has improved operational efficiency and made endpoint administration much more convenient for our environment.

Pros

What stands out most about is how much endpoint management it consolidates into one platform without feeling overly fragmented.

Cons

Some of the most common complaints about revolve around usability, complexity, and support quality rather than core functionality.

### "Exceptional Patch Management"

April 8, 2026

5.0

I love how many uses I have for Endpoint Central. The basic device info like IP addresses and last reboot times help to solve issues before even contacting users. Pushing security patches is as easy as possible. It’s been a great tool for reporting on inventory and office/remote work locations. The remote screen share is fantastic. I used the patch management tool for Windows 10-11 upgrades, and it worked near flawlessly. What took 5 minutes to set up saved me hundreds of phone calls and labor hours had it been done manually on each device.

Pros

Automating software updates. Some of our software requires admin privileges to install, and this takes away the tickets, calls, and remote sessions. It saves me so much time. I also use this to send out security updates every week. I get notifications about critical patches, and can send them out by device or user in minutes.

Cons

Sometimes the agent stops working on active devices. Uninstallation and reinstallation can get tricky, and occasionally requires a complete reset of the device.

### "Effective and Robust Endpoint Security Management"

April 27, 2026

3.0

Endpoint Central is a capable endpoint security and management tool focused on patching, encryption enforcement, and application control. While it delivers strong core functionality, the platform requires significant administrative effort and experience to configure securely and operate efficiently. It is effective but not streamlined for advanced security operations.

Pros

Endpoint Central provides solid centralized patch management with reliable Windows and third‑party update coverage. BitLocker management is well integrated, allowing enforcement, status visibility, and centralized recovery key storage. Application control is effective for reducing attack surface by blocking unauthorized software. Overall, it improves endpoint security posture and compliance when properly configured.

Cons

Security-related features such as BitLocker policies and application control have a steep learning curve and require careful tuning to avoid misconfiguration. The UI is cluttered and makes navigating security controls inefficient. Reporting for encryption compliance and application control lacks depth and flexibility for audit and security review purposes.

### "Manage Engine Review"

March 22, 2026

5.0

I believe it is a great software for organizations looking to save time and money when doing technical support, enforcing security policies or allowed software policies, vulnerability management, inventory and asset management, data loss prevention, OS deployment and bitlocker management.

Pros

As a sys admin manage engine makes my work easy hunting threats and patching vulnerabilities, while running a team of helpdesk support utilizes Remote Control to efficiently support users\[no need to walk to user workstations\] and ME allows me to deploy software or scripts witha few clicks to hundreds of devices at a go. Considering the volume of infrastructure I can manage within Manage Engine, I can confidently say, I have value for money. It meets my sys admin management needs perfectly.

Cons

Am yet to find some, but at times I feel when you manually patch vulnerabilities, the ME dashboard does not efficiently lower the count of vulnerabilities. Not unless the patches were initiated from ME patch management.

### ""Jack of all trades" for infosec landscape management"

May 25, 2026

5.0

It is very easy to install and configure solution, immediately providing impressive amount of knowledge and management over the connected landscape. Support is proactive and friendly, always reacting on request with very short terms.

Pros

Endpoint Central consists of gigantic amount of modules, having nearly no other contestants on market. Endpoint Management, MDM, Device Enrollment, Endpoint Security features -> usually it requires multiple solutions, while Endpoint Central consists of them all, which is impressive from cost perspective as well.

Cons

We found that if workstation has agent from "previous installation" (for example, from some historical not cleaned PoC) and there is no "previous" Endpoint Central server available - the only option is to gather data using special tool, send it to support and receive specific cleaning tool, otherwise you can't install "current" agent. On one hand - it is not a big problem because way to fix it is straightforward, on other hand - would be better if we could do it without engaging support.

### "Love the products"

May 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, we're very pleased with the ManageEngine products. They integrate well with non-ManageEngine products, like Microsoft O365. This has helped us increase efficiencies in many areas.

Pros

There are many facets within EndPoint Central that we like. Primarily, a single pane of glass for endpoint management. We're able to better control our hardware lifecycle with the integrations with Servicedesk Plus, ADManage Plus, and M365 Manage Plus. These products tie together from deployment to the endpoint being deployed to a new user in a manner that is easy to use for our Service Desk technicians. As important as ease of use and value for the money is how responsive and effiecient is customer support and technical support. We've had very good experiences with this in our interactions.

Cons

There isn't anything that we don't like. Anything that we've found missing has been handled through feature requests.

### "Overall positive"

April 27, 2026

4.0

I am overall happy with the product and prefer having it. It allows me to solve common issues and I have in my daily work. I can solve tickets or analyze a problem without having to bother the user when I dont even have an idea yet. If I've got an issue or something is unclear I can quickly chat with a human supporter to solve my issues. There are a few things I miss and a few things seem unnecessarily complicated. Ordering stuff can also be tricky. For example I have groups for patch management, self service portals for users, specific repeatable installation configurations but I always need to know what the group is called (or at least part of the name) to find it in the custom group list because all I see is a long list that I can sort or search. But I cant sort them in folders for specific purposes (as an example). Some parts arent properly integrated with each other. Initially we didnt set up a scan interval for inventory. Due to that the bitlocker status in the inventory was usually outdated and didnt properly reflect the actual bitlocker status. BUT if I checked in the bitlocker management tab I saw the proper status and codes. Similiary for software recognition. Inventory checks for installed software but in the software deployment for packages I cant utilize it to recognize if a software is installed. All that software deployment/the self service portal cares about is if the software was installed via the self service portal previously.

Pros

Remote Control feature and the ability to utilize own credentials upon UAC Request. Easy software package generation with templates for commonly used software.

Cons

Missing software recognition for software packages (especially for self service portal packages). To many logs on clients that are tricky to filter for the interesting information (for example for failed self service portal installations).

### "Good Tool for Managing Endpoints Easily"

March 4, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been good so far. After using it for some time, it becomes easier to manage endpoints, install updates, and monitor devices. It has helped our team handle system maintenance more efficiently. I still feel there are some features to explore, but it is a useful tool for IT management.

Pros

What I like most is that it makes managing multiple computers much easier from one place. Patch management and software deployment are very helpful features for our daily IT tasks. The dashboard is simple to understand and remote troubleshooting saves a lot of time when users have issues. Overall it helps reduce manual work. The support team is responsive and helpful when resolving issues or answering configuration questions. And also the support articles and documentation on their website make it easier to find solutions when something goes wrong.

Cons

At the beginning it was a little confusing to understand all the features and settings. Some configurations take time to learn if you are new to the tool. The interface could be slightly more modern and some reports are not very customizable.

Generally, if the tool were not there, the work would be really hard because it simplifies my work, because when I am patching my servers, I don't need to log in to any server i just send the patch and restart remotely. It really facilitates customer support and makes it easy in the we just access machines remotely and support users without issues, and it saves cost and is valued for money instead of us travelling to various branches to install the Windows 11 upgrade. We just initiated the remote deployement and it saved a lot of money for accommodation and travel costs. It supports when doing endpoint management in a way that we can spool the inventory and know those machines that are outdated, and we replace them.

Pros

It is the best tool that I currently use for inventory management, patching my workstation and servers, remote management of my users, resetting my admin passwords, and remote deployment of windows version, as I deployed over 1100 machines remote it just required a restart, and it upgraded

Cons

Linux patching of my servers is still a challenge in the environment, but still troubleshooting it because each time we patch, when we check the servers and run Linux yum update, it still show servers are not patched

### "A Powerhouse for Windows Management with Room to Grow on macOS/Linux"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Overall, I am satisfied with Endpoint Central, as it effectively solves our core challenge of centralized management. It is a robust, cost-effective "Swiss Army knife" for IT administrators, particularly for organizations with a heavy Windows footprint. The automation of patch cycles alone makes it worth the investment. However, if your fleet is heavily composed of Macs or various Linux distributions, you might find yourself needing to supplement it with other tools or custom scripts to get the same level of granular control. It’s a solid 8/10 product that gets the job done reliably, provided you understand its platform-specific strengths and limitations.

Pros

shines especially when it comes to Windows ecosystem management. The level of control we have over Windows endpoints is impressive; from automated patch management to software deployment, everything feels intuitive and reliable. The "Configurations" module is a lifesaver for applying registry changes or managing local users across hundreds of machines without needing complex GPOs. Additionally, the remote control tool is very fast and stable, allowing us to troubleshoot user issues instantly. Having a single pane of glass for asset inventory and security patches for Windows has significantly reduced our manual workload

Cons

While the Windows side is excellent, the experience on macOS and Linux feels like it's a step behind. The feature parity isn't quite there yet; many advanced configurations and "System Manager" tools that we use daily for Windows are either missing or more limited on Mac and Linux agents. For instance, managing system-level settings or performing silent uninstalls on macOS can sometimes be more cumbersome than expected. The UI, while functional, can also feel a bit cluttered and "modularly glued together" at times, making the learning curve steeper for team members who are not managing Windows-only environments.

### "Reviewing 1 year usage experience "

March 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been highly positive regarding its core functionality. It provides an excellent unified platform for centralizing asset management, endpoint security, and comprehensive reporting across all devices. However, as a service provider managing multiple companies, the experience is currently hindered by the lack of a 'Master Parent Portal.' Implementing a global orchestration layer to manage multiple independent instances from a single administrative dashboard would significantly improve our operational efficiency and reduce the need for constant context switching."

Pros

The unified console provides seamless management for all endpoints. I particularly like the integration between IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Endpoint Security, which allows us to handle patch management, software deployment, and compliance reporting from a single pane of glass

Cons

Since you are managing multiple distinct companies (multi-tenancy), you are essentially describing a need for better Global Orchestration or a Master Parent Portal that goes beyond the standard MSP edition's capabilities. Here are three ways to word this, ranging from a quick bullet point to a detailed technical explanation:

Bastante buena, realiza la función de manera adecuada para lo cual fue adquirida. Permite cumplir con normativas relacionadas a la gestión de vulnerabilidades.

Pros

### "Alaa Review "

April 5, 2026

5.0

The platform provides strong endpoint management capabilities, including reliable device wiping, which is essential for securing lost or decommissioned devices. This feature gives confidence in maintaining data protection and compliance. Customer support has been responsive and helpful in most cases, providing timely assistance and clear guidance when issues arise, although response times can occasionally vary depending on the complexity of the request. In terms of value for money, Endpoint Central stands out as a cost-effective solution compared to similar tools, offering a wide range of features without requiring significant investment. Overall, it’s a solid and practical choice for organizations looking for a comprehensive yet affordable endpoint management solution.

Pros

What I like most about is its all-in-one endpoint management capability. It combines patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and asset management in a single, easy-to-use platform. The automation features significantly reduce manual effort, and the remote control tool is fast and reliable, which improves support efficiency. It’s especially valuable for managing large environments, helping IT teams maintain compliance, security, and operational efficiency with minimal overhead.

Cons

What I liked least about is its somewhat complex user interface, which can feel cluttered and less intuitive, especially for new administrators. Navigation between modules is not always seamless, and certain configurations require multiple steps that could be simplified. Additionally, reporting and dashboard customization options could be more flexible to better support quick, executive-level insights.

### "Endpoint Central Product Review"

March 25, 2026

5.0

I would say my overall experience with EPC is that it is a very useful and good product that any IT professional would love to take advantage of. There use of device management for Macs is unmatched with any other Endpoint management application.

Pros

I really enjoy the endpoint management side of this product. The ability to issue a command to an endpoint and it be ran and installed within minutes since it is an agent based product is very nice.

Cons

The only downside i would see of this product is there is a lot of tabs to click through, so understanding where to go for each section is sometimes a bit tough. But unlike other products on the market this one has information and KBs on almost anything you can think of.

The Ease of setup with Endpoint central is unmatched compared to SCCM.
