### ""A Robust, All-in-One Powerhouse for Modern Endpoint Management""

February 23, 2026

5.0

Honestly, has been a lifesaver for our team. It's one of those rare tools that actually manages Windows, Mac, and mobile devices all from one spot without a hassle. The automated patching is the real game-changer—it saved us a ton of time and we hardly do manual updates anymore. I'll admit, the interface looks a bit old and took some getting used to, but the price is way better than the big enterprise competitors. Plus, their support team is always quick to help when we run into issues. It's not the prettiest software out there, but it's reliable and gets the job done.

Pros

Manage Engine Endpoint central delivers exceptional Value of money by consolidating Device Management,OS deployment, and Vulnerability scanning into a single, cohesive platform, eliminating the need for multiple costly subscriptions. Its robust Endpoint Management capabilities particularly the automated "test and approve" patching workflow provide significant Time Saving for IT Teams by handling windows,Linux update with minimal manual intervention.while the interface is feature-dense, which can impact initial Ease of use.Furthermore their customer support remains a standout, offering responsive,expert-level assistance that ensures any technical issues.

Cons

The Biggest headache is definitely the UI Clutter. It's a powerful tool, but the interface feels like it's been built layer upon layer over the last decade, making it a bit of a maze.

### "Does the Job Brilliantly… Just Don’t Rush the Updates"

March 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It provides a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for endpoint management, making it easier to manage devices, deploy software, and maintain security across the estate. It has become a key tool in streamlining IT operations and improving efficiency within our environment. ManageEngine Endpoint Central is a powerful and reliable tool for managing endpoints at scale. While there is a learning curve, the depth of functionality and automation it provides makes it well worth the investment for IT teams looking to improve efficiency and control across their environment.

Pros

offers excellent value for money, especially when compared to other enterprise-level endpoint management tools. The wide range of built-in features—such as patching, software deployment, remote control, and asset management—reduces the need for multiple separate tools, ultimately saving costs. Customer support has been generally reliable. Response times are reasonable, and support engineers are knowledgeable when dealing with more complex issues. Documentation and online resources are also helpful, although some areas could benefit from clearer guidance or more real-world examples. The interface is fairly intuitive once you become familiar with it. Initial setup and navigation can feel slightly overwhelming due to the sheer number of features, but after some time, it becomes much easier to manage. The dashboard provides a good overview of system health and compliance. Device management is one of the strongest aspects. It allows for centralised control over a wide range of endpoints, including desktops, laptops, and servers. The ability to organise devices into groups and apply policies efficiently is particularly useful in larger environments. Deployment is straightforward, with multiple methods available depending on your infrastructure. Remote deployment works well, and the ability to automate rollouts reduces manual effort significantly. There can occasionally be challenges with devices that are off-network, but overall it performs reliably. Endpoint management capabilities are robust, covering patch management, antivirus integration, remote troubleshooting, and compliance monitoring. The patching feature in particular is highly effective, helping ensure systems remain up to date with minimal intervention. Package management is flexible and powerful. Creating and deploying custom packages is relatively easy, and the repository of pre-built packages is a major time saver. Scheduling and automation options further enhance its usefulness. Pros Comprehensive all-in-one endpoint management solution Strong automation capabilities (patching, deployment, scripting) Good value for money compared to competitors Effective remote management and troubleshooting tools Wide range of supported features and integrations

Cons

Initial setup and learning curve can be steep Interface can feel cluttered at times Some documentation could be clearer or more detailed Occasional issues with off-network device management Updating to the latest version can be time-consuming and may be challenging for less experienced users

### "Powerful, Scalable, and User‑Friendly Endpoint Management Platform"

April 20, 2026

5.0

I have using Endpoint central from last five years. Overall, my experience with has been positive. It provides a robust centralized platform for endpoint administration, including patch management, software deployment, agent monitoring, and remote troubleshooting. The solution is scalable and effective for managing distributed enterprise environments, with occasional challenges around agent synchronization and advanced troubleshooting.

Pros

What I liked most about is its centralized management capability, which allows us to manage, monitor, and control endpoints from a single console. The tool makes patch management, software deployment, and remote troubleshooting efficient and well‑organized. Additionally, the user‑friendly interface, detailed reporting, and flexibility in handling enterprise endpoints across multiple locations significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. The strong support and regular feature enhancements also add value to overall endpoint management.

Cons

Occasional agent communication delays, limited built‑in diagnostics for complex issues, and some instability in automation workflows are areas where Endpoint Central could improve.

### "Comprehensive Unified Endpoint Management with a Great ROI"

April 7, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience has been very positive. We transitioned from using multiple disconnected tools to managing everything—servers, laptops, and mobile devices—through Endpoint Central. It has significantly improved our security posture by ensuring all endpoints are patched and compliant. For the price point, it offers some of the best value for money in the UEM space, especially for mid-to-large sized enterprises.

Pros

The sheer breadth of features available in a single console is impressive. The automated patch management for both Windows and third-party applications has saved our IT team dozens of hours a month. I also find the remote control and software deployment tools to be very reliable. The reporting module is robust enough to satisfy our compliance audits without extra manual work.

Cons

The user interface can feel a bit dated and cluttered at times; there is definitely a learning curve for new technicians to find specific settings within the deeply nested menus.

Reason for choosing ManageEngine Endpoint Central

While NinjaOne has a very modern interface, we found that offered a more comprehensive set of 'all-in-one' features for the price. Specifically, the deep Active Directory integration and the ability to handle complex software deployment packages felt more mature in Endpoint Central. Additionally, NinjaOne's pricing model was higher for our specific endpoint count, and we preferred ManageEngine’s perpetual licensing and on-premises deployment options which fit our internal security requirements better.

PDQ Deploy is excellent for simple software pushes on a local network, but we outgrew it as our workforce became more mobile. We needed a 'Single Pane of Glass' that included built-in Remote Control, Patch Management for remote users without a VPN. Switching to Endpoint Central allowed us to replace PDQ and several other standalone tools with one unified agent, significantly reducing our licensing costs and administrative overhead.

### "Efficient Endpoint Management with Strong Features, but Needs Improved Asset Synchronization"

April 6, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been quite positive, especially in terms of simplifying endpoint management through its centralized console and strong automation features. It has helped streamline patching, software deployment, and remote troubleshooting, making daily IT operations more efficient. However, one of the most challenging issues I’ve faced is with device synchronization, particularly when syncing assets with ServiceDesk Plus. If the synchronization is not handled properly, it can create duplicate asset entries based on hostname and serial number. Enabling synchronization using MAC address could help improve accuracy and reduce duplication, which would significantly enhance the overall asset management experience.

Pros

What I liked most about is its centralized and user-friendly platform that allows efficient management of Windows and macOS, I've never used it for linux machines. a Its strong automation capabilities for patching and software deployment significantly reduce manual effort while improving overall security. Additionally, the remote troubleshooting features and detailed asset management provide excellent visibility and quick issue resolution, making day-to-day IT operations much smoother.

Cons

I liked least about is that some advanced configurations and reporting features can be complex and not very intuitive, requiring additional time to understand. At times, the UI can feel slightly outdated, and performance may slow down when handling a large number of endpoints. Additionally, initial setup and fine-tuning of policies can be time-consuming, especially in larger environments. One of most important thing which also troubleing lot, the machines syncnorization, the machines update the asset in SDP with hostname and serialnumber but if it not synced properly then it creates duplicate entries, so if you also enable the asset sync with MAC address then may be it will fetch the accurate asset details insteated of duplicates.

### "Fully customized report to fit for your compliance expectation. "

March 2, 2026

5.0

Overall experience with has been positive, especially from compliance perspective. Endpoint Central has become a core component of our compliance and monitoring framework, particularly in the area of vulnerability management, patch governance asset visibility, and ongoing ISO27001 readiness. The platform gives clear oversight into OS versions, patch levels, antivirus status, and configuration compliance. Supporting the system monitoring policy’s requirement to detect anomalies and ensure systems remain secure and up to date.

Pros

From an IT Compliance perspective, the strongest advantage of is its comprehensive visibility across all endpoints, which allows me to perform regular security, patching and compliance assessments with confidence. What I like most including: 1. Reliable and actionable compliance reporting Endpoint Central provides clear, consolidated dashboards on patch status, missing updates, endpoint configurations, and security posture. All of which feed directly into our Vulnerability & Patch Management requirements. This strongly supports policy obligations such as continuous monitoring and timely remediation windows (Critical: 48h, High: 7 days, etc.) as defined in our Vulnerability and Patch Management Policies.

Cons

The main limitations of related to reporting depth, audit readiness and consistency across global environments, all of which affect our ability to fully meet internal monitoring and vulnerability management requirements. While reporting is often not audit‑ready, manual rework / customization is need always. This adds friction to fulfilling reporting duties defined in our Vulnerability & Patch Management Policy and System Monitoring Policy as well as overall ISMS governance.

little confused how to describe my experience. at last but not least It improves efficiency in managing devices, though improvements in UI clarity and performance would make it even better. Overall, it is a reliable and feature-rich endpoint management tool that helps simplify IT operations, despite some minor usability challenges. and local customer support needs to improve their skill and ability about customer's issue and problem

Pros

when first time i used it, interface was quite organized and easy but somehow i felt confused in same time, maybe i was still not used to it. it saves time when managing multiple PCs, Laptops,Servers and helps ensure device stay update and secure

Cons

Endpoint Management, Patching and software deployment are very helpful. Although there is initial learning challenge, local support is sometimes not always helpful. Initial setup and configuration require some time and technical understanding. Documentation could be more beginner-friendly.

### "An honest reviw"

Great value for money. Support is sometimes slow. But after a while you get the hang of dealing with issues yourself or grow accustomed that the support response can be slow. But like the patching process is EndpointCentral is also not immediate but takes it's time to deploy, it's the same manner with everything else. Once you embrace the slower working style, everything is looking great.

Pros

It's not the best product, it has it's quirks, but it has the best value for money. Customer support is good, although sometimes slow to resolve an issue. Their portal is intuitive and easy to use. Endpoint management and device management are good modules, but for me the deployment module is what this is all about. Patching third party softwares and deploying critical patches as well as driver and bios updates.

Cons

Device wipe is underwhelming. I generally don't like this option at all, the only thing you can do is accidentally made a mess. DLP is also very basic and trivial. Personally browser and application management modules I could also live without.

### "A very versatile and granular endpoint management tool. "

May 8, 2026

4.0

Overall I think it's a very capable software, it's extremely helpful in data collection, deployment, automation, remote assistance. It really is an all in one solution. You can get really granular and really creative with it.

Pros

I like the remote functionality of being anywhere in the world, and being able to manage my endpoints. I especially appreciate the time that was put into all the attributes that come with the tool out of the box. There's not as much customization needed as we with other Endpoint Management tools.

Cons

There's capabilities that should be there. That are not. Such as Public IPs. It exists in the device approval section, but's not in the rest of the environment. I think this could be helpful for use with default remote offices. I'm also patiently waiting for remote file browsing. I think it would also be great if there was a cloud based storage that you could move files on endpoints to for a central extraction zone.

### "Great so far"

March 3, 2026

3.0

It has been great so far. Using has streamlined our endpoint management processes significantly. The platform provides centralized control over patching, software deployment, asset management, and remote troubleshooting, which has reduced manual effort and improved overall efficiency. Its intuitive interface makes navigation simple, even for complex administrative tasks. Automation features help ensure systems stay updated and secure with minimal intervention. Reporting and analytics offer clear visibility into device health and compliance status. Overall, it has enhanced productivity, strengthened security posture, and made day-to-day IT operations far more manageable and consistent for our growing and dynamic organization overall.

Pros

The many features it has and how easy it is to get help from the support team. It is good value for money.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks we’ve experienced with is that the server can sometimes take time to communicate with laptops. This delay can affect real-time updates, patch deployments, and remote troubleshooting sessions, especially when devices are outside the corporate network or connected through slower internet connections.

### "Facilidade e funcionalidade definem o ManageEngine Endpoint Central"

April 2, 2026

5.0

### "Good value at a lower price point"

February 9, 2026

4.0

It's a powerful tool that comes at a lower price point which offsets some of the older interface and appearances. Whilst it feels a bit disconnected at times and not always intuitive, it provides a lot of power and control when set up correctly; using functionality such as deploying custom scripts and configurations to endpoints and deploying packages and OS' based on varying different filters and context.

Pros

It's affordable and provides a lot of utility for its lower price point. Device management and endpoint configuration, OS deployment and self-service software portal are some of the greater features we utilise in our org

Cons

It feels unpolished and sometimes the terminology and features don't align with the functionality they provide; eg interfaces can feel a bit basic; the functionality you might get to align with accreditation and audits might differ in terminology so it can be less intuitive when completing RFPs etc. Another gripe is all of the additional packages and suites that seem to be included and hooked in, offering extra functionality but locked behind additional subscriptions and costs.

Pros

La polyvalence de l'outil ou plutôt "des" outils qu'il contient et met à disposition dans une seul interface ainsi que la fluidité pour utiliser ces outils. C'est réellement un outil central pour la gestion d'un parc informatique conséquent.

Cons

### "Effective Unified Endpoint Management Platform"

December 23, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with and MDM has been very positive. It provides a reliable and comprehensive platform for endpoint and mobile device management, simplifying tasks such as patch management, software deployment, remote support, device compliance, and policy enforcement. The centralized console, automation features, and unified management of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices make it an effective solution for enterprise IT operations.

Pros

What I like most about is its centralized management capability. It allows us to efficiently handle patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and endpoint security from a single console. The tool is user-friendly, reliable, and helps reduce manual effort while improving compliance and visibility across all endpoints. The reporting and automation features are especially helpful in day-to-day IT operations.

Cons

What I like least about is that some advanced features take time to understand and may require additional fine-tuning. Occasionally, agent-related or patch deployment issues need extra attention, and certain reports could offer more customization. Overall, these are minor areas for improvement and do not significantly impact daily operations.

### "Worth the investment!"

March 9, 2026

5.0

Despite a high entry cost for the education sector, the ROI on Endpoint Central has been clear through the sheer amount of man-hours saved. We no longer spend our days manually updating images; instead, we have a reliable, automated environment. The remote support and inventory tools are excellent and have become essential to our daily workflow. It isn't a perfect 'plug-and-play' solution—you will need to spend time on the initial configuration—but once it's set up, it’s a reliable workhorse for endpoint management.

Pros

has been a game-changer for our deployment workflow. We’ve moved away from manual Windows updates and frequent reinstalls to a much more automated, stable environment. The remote control feature is fast and reliable, and the level of detail in the asset inventory—like seeing exactly what monitors or devices are plugged in—is incredibly helpful for troubleshooting. It's a huge time-saver for any IT team.

Cons

The biggest drawback for our team has been the lack of AD OU synchronization in the Cloud version, which makes finding and organizing devices much more manual than it should be. We also find that certain maintenance tasks, like cleaning up stale device records, are hidden behind less-than-obvious settings. Lastly, the pricing is quite high—especially for the education sector—so while it's a great tool once it's running, the initial cost and setup complexity were tough pills to swallow.

It just makes managing device way less stressful. patching and updates happen smoothly, so it's saved a lot of time. also, support is great, they're quick to respond and actually help you properly based on my own experience Software deployment and uninstallations are very easy. you can quickly access endpoint user inventory and remote tolls without any hassle. overall, it's great product and definitely value for money.

Cons

reporting could be improved with more customization option, when I create custom reports and select columns, the device count sometimes increases, which can be confusing, it becomes a bit difficult to explain this to client, and we can't always provide reports exactly as per their expectation.

it's a little bit complicated and I wanted a toll that makes manging device easier for end users.

### "Review of Endpoint Central "

March 27, 2026

5.0

Overall we are happy with Endpoint Central. We've looked at other products and continue with the program because it provides us with the features we need. The health checks are very helpful as we are shown features we aren't using and are told what they do and how it could help us. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful going over this today.

Pros

It allows us to push out software to client computers, track our inventory and update our computers.

Cons

There is quite a learning curve to the program. Always learning new features. It can be very picky. We can create a configuration, it'll work for awhile and then just stop working. If we go in and edit it and run it, it'll work again.

### "A Easy way to work"

March 20, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with was positive. It is a useful solution for centralized endpoint management, especially for tasks like patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and asset visibility. It helped simplify daily administrative work and improved control over the environment. At the same time, there were some areas, such as interface usability and advanced configuration, that could be more intuitive. Overall, it is a solid tool that delivers good value for endpoint administration.

Pros

What I liked most about was its centralized management. It makes it much easier to handle patching, software deployment, remote support, and endpoint monitoring from a single console. I also liked that it helps reduce manual work and gives better visibility and control over devices across the environment.

Cons

What I liked least about was that some areas of the interface can feel a bit outdated and less intuitive, especially when performing more advanced configurations. At times, troubleshooting and navigation can take longer than expected, and certain features may require extra effort to locate or configure properly.

Reason for choosing ManageEngine Endpoint Central

I chose because it offered the best balance between cost and functionality. Compared to other products, it was more affordable while still providing the main features needed for endpoint management, which made it a very good cost-benefit choice.
