### "Reliable and Efficient Endpoint Management with Excellent Support"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with has been very positive. It is a reliable and feature-rich solution that has significantly simplified endpoint management and patching in our environment. The centralized console and automation capabilities have helped reduce manual workload and improve efficiency. Additionally, the customer support has been very good and responsive whenever needed. Overall, it has been a great product for managing day-to-day IT operations.

Pros

has been very helpful for managing endpoints and handling patching from a single console, which reduces a lot of manual work. It also provides clear asset details, including hardware and software inventory, making it easy to track and audit systems. The tool simplifies day-to-day IT tasks with features like remote troubleshooting, software deployment, and policy management. Overall, it improves efficiency and makes routine administration much easier for IT teams.

Cons

is highly dependent on its agent, which can sometimes create challenges in certain scenarios. For example, if a machine is removed from the domain and rejoined, the agent often needs to be manually removed and reinstalled. In some cases, agent removal does not work properly either from the management console or through Add/Remove Programs. This can add extra effort and delay in endpoint management.

### "Manage Engine review"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Our experience with has been positive. It’s a reliable and well-rounded tool for endpoint management, and I found the remote control feature particularly useful—it’s quick and easy to connect to devices, which makes troubleshooting and support much more efficient. The platform generally simplifies day-to-day management tasks and helps streamline IT operations.

Pros

Easy to use, end users have an enjoyable, seamless experience. Great for sharing files with end users around the world. Useful for deploying patches to devices with vulnerabilities.

Cons

Reporting and customisation options can be limited, especially when trying to get very specific insights or automate more complex workflows.

### "MThekiso - Endpoint Central Review 2026"

January 30, 2026

5.0

It has be great. It makes our job easy as it points us directly where issues are, with very effective dashboards and simple to configure deployment and configuration items.

Pros

Patch Management is accurate and effective. The dashboard is also simple and informative. Very easy to work with.

Cons

1\. I wish it could integrate more seamlessly with ServiceDesk and OpManager and provide a single point of access and dashboarding.

1\. Easy to use and simply works as advertised. 2. We do not struggle to uninstall it. It does not behave like a "sticky, stink bug".

### "Reliable Endpoint Management with Powerful Features and Room to Improve"

January 22, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with was positive and practical. It felt like a tool built for real world IT operations rather than idealized demos. Once configured, it was dependable for core tasks like patching, software deployment, inventory, and remote support, which are the things that matter most day to day.

Pros

What stood out most about was how much control it gave from a single console without feeling heavy or over engineered. Patch management, software deployment, and remote troubleshooting all lived in one place and actually talked to each other instead of feeling bolted on. That made day to day admin work faster and more predictable. The patching workflow was especially strong. Visibility into missing patches, clear approval controls, and reliable deployment meant fewer surprises and less manual babysitting. It felt designed by people who actually run endpoints for a living.

Cons

What I liked least about was that some areas felt cluttered and inconsistent, especially in the UI. There are a lot of features, which is great, but finding the exact setting or report you want can take more clicks than it should. The learning curve is not steep, but it is wider than expected because similar tasks are sometimes handled in different places.

### "Lots of features rolled in to a single product for a good value - None of them are best in class"

January 8, 2026

3.0

I feel the product is a good value for the cost but it lacks some features that you might find with other products. it rolls a lot of features in to a single product but some of the features are not very robust. We use it for configurations, inventory, vulnerability management, software deployment, and remote control of endpoints. It is a jack of all trades but master of none. There are few opportunities to customize anything to fit you needs.

Pros

It is somewhat more intuitive to use than other products we have used such as KACE. Support seems to be pretty responsive when submitting tickets. Server upgrades seem to be relatively straight forward. I like how there are reminders about security recommendations to ensure secure console configurations. The agent troubleshoot feature is helpful for diagnosing connectivity issues with the agent. The Threats and patching section has lots of useful vulnerability information that can help to prioritize missing updates. I like the system misconfigurations feature that makes mitigating vulnerabilities from misconfigurations simple. I think it is a decent value for the money but lacks some features that you can get from other products.

Cons

We have had problems with network congestion that we didn't have with other products. The product doesn't seem to handle massive configurations with large payloads a gracefully as KACE SMA. Many endpoints have delays due to bandwidth limitations. The automated scheduling isn't real intuitive and we've had issues with technicians misinterpreting how schedules will deploy patches so patches ultimately end up going out much later or not at all due to missed schedules. Endpoint DLP in its most basic license lacks any useful reporting. The software inventory misses reporting certain programs that exist on systems depending on how they are installed which makes management of those programs challenging. (For example: Sysmon). I have not found the documentation for the product to be very robust. I would like more technical details and caveats included in the support documentation. I would like for the inventory to have more flexibility for adding custom fields and custom reports. We have not found the remote control feature

### "Amazing resource for all IT management needs. "

January 12, 2026

5.0

The product works exactly as designed and described. I use this tool all day every day. It is responsive, accurate, and simple. Need to hop on a workstation quickly, you bet. Need to add a file to a desktop of a workstation, easy and fast!

Pros

It is surprisingly very versatile. Being new to the platform, I was worried about ease of use for my team. Since implementing, I've barely had any questions or concerns! Device management is extremely simple. Once devices are managed by Endpoint Management; updates/patch management, deployments, remote access, silent management...all work flawlessly! My next steps are working with the package management and creating images/app packages to deploy. I have no doubt in my mind it will be just as easy.

Cons

So far I do not have any complaints! Having been in MSP worlds for years and using every other tool out there, I can't seem to find an issue with this one!

### "Endpoint Central Review"

January 12, 2026

5.0

Overall is a powerful tool to manage patches, software and endpoints. It is possible to easily access all hardware, software, firmware and end of life from each device with a few clicks.

Pros

Really complete solution that helps manage vulnerabilites and patch managed, used actively to keep endpoints secure and up to date without administator action needed. Customer support is always available and is quick to respond to queries and reported issues. It helps to manage mobile equipment with the MDM function, enabling the user of kioks on those devices. It takes a little time to get used to the interface, but after some time it get simpler. Patch and software depoyment is easier on multiple devices, it removes the need from going to each machine and install it.

Cons

Server update is not seamless, when server is updated some agents lose contact to the server and have to be manually installed.

### "Powerful and Centralized Endpoint Management Solution"

March 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been good. It is easy to use and helps manage devices, deploy software, and apply patches from one place. It makes daily IT tasks faster and more organized.

Pros

One of the best features of is its Mobile Device Management (MDM) capability. It makes managing and securing mobile devices easy, allowing for remote configuration, policy enforcement, and app management—all from a single console. This simplifies mobile device administration and improves overall security.

Cons

One of the least favorable aspects of is the OS Deployer feature. It can be complex to configure initially, especially when setting up images, drivers, and deployment templates. The process may require additional time and testing to ensure successful deployment, and troubleshooting errors can sometimes be challenging.

### "ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the only software you need"

January 2, 2026

My overall experience with has been well. There any many avenues to take, but once you learn, it becomes a breeze to use.

Pros

I like how we can manage our whole organization under 1 piece of software. we can manage our end users, servers, printers and patches.

Cons

I least dislike the fact that there are many, many options and it can be cumbersome at times when you are trying to set something up or push out scripts, etc.

### "A fantastic solution for endpoint management"

December 16, 2025

5.0

Overall, I would say Endpoint Central has helped me organize and manage my endpoints quite well. While evaluating it I stumbled across so many options that made me say: “Wow. I didn’t know that was possible.” It offers so many useful features that make managing and patching your machines easier than ever. I would highly recommend to give it a try.

Pros

The Central Server is very easy to install and maintain (seriously, the Service Packs couldn’t be easier to install). My focus while evaluating Endpoint Central was the patch management system which lets you scan computers/servers and install any missing patch it needs automatically using some predefined policies (you can also make your own policies). Adding new Computers and Users is also super easy and you can even automatically group them to make onboarding even faster. I’ve also tried the Software- and OS-Deployment options, and I am quite impressed with the features they include (built-in PXE and image customization, etc.).

Cons

The menus are a little overwhelming at first and you get lost quite often if you’re new to Endpoint Central. The Agent Installation process can be a little buggy sometimes: The Installation will work on some computers and then it won’t work at all on others, especially when they're not on the same network (then you have to manually install the agent).

is a comprehensive endpoint management solution that combines patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and security controls into a single platform. It’s especially suitable for mid-sized to large organizations looking for centralized IT operations without heavy licensing costs.

Pros

All-in-one platform – Patch management, asset management, remote control, and software deployment in one console Strong automation – Good scheduling for patching and routine IT tasks Cost-effective – Cheaper compared to competitors like SCCM or Intune Remote troubleshooting – Reliable remote desktop and file transfer features Flexible deployment – Available in both cloud and on-prem versions

Cons

UI/UX feels outdated – Navigation can be slightly cluttered Performance lag – Can slow down with large environments or heavy reporting Support response varies – Not always consistent depending on issue severity

### "Manage Engine Endpoint Central: a Complete MDM and endpoint management solution"

December 16, 2025

5.0

Very good product, that provides real time updates to my endpoints, can enforce effective policies way better than Active Directory Group Policy and in a way that I really know that it is actually enforcing them to my devices. Also very good in terms of patch and update management as it has helped us manage critical security updates and alerts us from same day.

Pros

Manage Engine Endpoint Central, is a very comprehensive and effective solution that can be used as MDM, endpoint manager, and IT asset manager which compared to other solution is value for money for what it provides. It is very easy to set up, and also does the job.

Cons

I didn't dislike anything in particular as I am very happy with the product. The only thing that left me a bit tangled is its complex licensing, and that it didn't include an antivirus solution along with the agent for the computers.

Pros

Its friendly and easy to use GUI is a massive plus, allowing all levels of IT staff to compentantly get the most out of the product. The automated patching, streamlined software deployment, detailed asset tracking, built‑in remote support, and strong security controls have significantly reduced the amount of manual work and helped me maintain a consistent, secure environment.

Pros

its broad feature set for endpoint control, patch automation, configuration, and remote troubleshooting. Also the following key features - Automated Patch Management, Security & Threat Protection and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

Cons

Complex Licensing Structure Several features are licensed separately, leading to confusion and potential cost concerns—especially for large organizations.

### "Easy to use all in one endpoint management server"

December 2, 2025

4.0

Endpoint central is an all in one product and it is the most useful i've ever had. In addition, the price is really low for what it does, support included. I am very happy to have only one console to manage my mobile devices, my computers, servers. The patch management is efficient, the configuration works perfectly, the tools are very useful, and the MDM (apart of its little issues) is really easy to set up. I did not try to replace my wsus with it yet, but it's in my plans.

Pros

I was really happy to have a real reactive and helpful support when i was having trouble while using the product. Moreover, the software is really easy to use and easy to deploy on your infrastructure. It offers a lot of helpful tools and replace a lot of softwares and solutions with only one

Cons

There is kind of often some little bugs or the agent installed on the endpoints just.. disappears. But it's not as common as the little bugs, so nothing really annoying here.

### "Efficient Cross-Platform Endpoint Management Solution"

March 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been very positive. As a Full Stack Developer at Krea University, I’ve helped implement and manage Endpoint Central, and it has proven to be reliable, scalable, and efficient for handling diverse endpoint environments.

Pros

What I liked most about is its ability to manage multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile) from a single platform. It offers strong patch management, smooth deployment, and good automation features at a competitive price. Customer support has been very good—when we encountered a few bugs, the team was highly responsive and provided fixes within 1–2 days. The device wipe feature is also a standout, especially for DLP use cases.

Cons

The user interface could be more modern and intuitive. Some advanced configurations take time to understand, especially for new users.

Alternatives considered

### "ManageEngine Enpoint Desktop Central a much needed tool for the IT team"

November 16, 2025

5.0

My overall experience is it is a much needed tool for the IT team. it helps ensure endpoint devices are patched and managed, can troubleshoot and review devices diagnostics and also have the ability to provide security reports which is a bonus when we do VAPT testing.

Pros

Manage Engine Endpoint Central is a centralized application that can manage all endpoints, its updates, its vulnerabilities and it is appropriate for device management and troubleshooting issues. It is a good tool for the IT team as it is easy to use and very helpful for reporting.

Cons

### "Simple, Reliable and Feature rich"

November 13, 2025

Really good! You pretty much have a complete solution in one product, granted we have not used \*all\* the security suite (such as bitlocker management et.). You have everything you need to manage all your user devices. The ease of patching, software deployment and remote management could not be expressed enough. Customer Support is quick and easy, the chatbot takes you to the relevant team quickly based on the enquiry and you have interactive support with a real person. The Value for money is absolutely there!

Pros

has allowed us to really improve our MDM stance. Patching, deploying and managing devices is all really simple with its huge support for 3rd party applications, automatic package creation and reporting. You can easily ensure consistency with device software and versions across the domain. The agent-based model with secure gateway has helped ensure reliable management and communication, even in a hybrid envrionment (other deployments with push models have previously struggled)

Cons

Some errors in patch deployments are ambiguous, remote powershell could be improved and lack of support for adobe suite (creative cloud suite)

### "Complete Package, pricey but worth it."

December 1, 2025

5.0

I have been using some form of Endpoint Central for years. Very Positive with the Cloud version, a little less so with on-prem management but still very good. A near one stop solution for remote management needs. Pricey but worth it in my 100+ endpoint situation and worked great in an enterprise level at a previous employer. I tried other platforms that are cheaper but they just don't compare to the feature set EndPoint Central offers. OS deployment is tricky but very good MDM can be difficult to configure if you are using AMB or googles equivalent. Once you do it is near perfect. Patch management and software deployment mostly just works but you do need to be patient. Self-Service portal also works rather well and rather easy to setup. Remote Desktop can be an issue on Mozilla engines but is pretty flawless on chromium. Management also includes inventory scanning that will give you device info and will attempt to check the warranty on devices. Works near flawlessly with dell and works good for Lenovo. Apple Mac is also supported but security updates to the MacOS will often break it and there is usually a short lag time before the endpoint software updates. I have not tried the linux management yet. Overall, if you have 100+ endpoints and can afford the premium price it is ME-Endpoint Central is great. If you cannot quite afford it they have smaller packages can be cheaper and fill some of your needs.

Pros

Remote Desktop Remote Command Line Warranty Checks Patch Scanning Easy Software deployment Add-ons like MDM, Browser Security, OS Deployment and more to fully streamline your devices. They also offer a 30 day trial at the time of this writing

Cons

Pricing maybe hard to justify for smaller organizations. On-Prem configuration can be difficult to manage.

### "A lot of great features and a lot of features miss the mark that shouldn't."

November 13, 2025

3.0

Overall, I’d rate my experience with as solidly average. It absolutely shines when it comes to automating patch deployment and pushing software, once it’s configured, it does a lot of the heavy lifting and saves a ton of time. But the remote access piece feels clunky and click heavy, especially with multi monitor setups, and updating the on prem version with batch files is more tedious than it should be. Add in support that’s just okay and KB articles that skip key in between steps, and you end up with a tool that’s powerful but rough around the edges. Price per endpoint at one point was affordable enough to start to over look some of the shortcomings but in the last couple years it has crept back up in to the sphere where is competitive with other solutions in the sphere, and some of those solutions provide better experiences over all which in my opinion can negate the extra cost associated with them.

Pros

its patch management and software deployment are honestly excellent. Once you get your policies and groups dialed in, it will happily chug along pushing updates and software across your environment without a lot of babysitting. For day to day patching and rolling out standard apps, it really does make life easier and saves a ton of time.

Cons

Where it starts to fall apart a bit is the remote access module. It works, but it feels clunky. Too many extra clicks to get simple things done, and it gets even more awkward when the user has multiple monitors. It is usable, but it is not what I would call smooth or modern. You definitely feel the friction when you are jumping between machines all day. Keeping the on prem version updated is also not exactly fun. Having to deal with batch files and manual steps makes the upgrade process more old school than it should be. It is the kind of thing that makes you quietly hope nothing breaks, because you remember how annoying the last update was. Support is pretty middle of the road. The bigger problem is the knowledge base. A lot of the KB articles feel vague, like they assume you already know where to click or what field to use. When you actually need a clear step by step, the article will skip over the in between steps that matter. That turns what should be a quick fix into a trial and error session and makes the KB feel almost unusable in a pinch.

Overall Endpoint Central is a great tool to use, it's easy to use and their support team are excellent to deal with. Having the ability to have such a wide range of feature in one place means it fits well with everyone from helpdesk staff to infrastructure engineers to security admins.

Pros

The ability to have all the tools in one place such as patching, remote control, software deployment, MDM and more. It's a one stop shop for all our UEM requirements. And its module licensing means if there's a feature you don't need you don't have to have it.

Cons

The process to update Endpoint Central if you're running the on-premise version is a bit clunky. Rather than just running a setup.exe you must download update packs and run a command line to install them. It's the same for all ManageEngine products!

### "Very handy in multiple different business aspects"

5.0

My experience has been very positive. I personally mainly use the device management and MDM features but there is other people in my team who use the patch management and OS deployment and I know they think those features are also very good.

Pros

I really like the device management capabilities. You can remote onto users machines, install - uninstall software, deploy patches and much more. The phone management system is also very good, all of our phones are managed in a group that's lets us restrict apps, track them if they get lost among many other useful features.

Cons

There is a lot of options on the portal but I do sometimes get lost in UI and it takes me a minute to find what I was looking for.
