### "The complete solution UEM"

January 15, 2026

5.0

The use of the cloud version so far has been very good.Implementation is relatively simple, as is starting up the system; in just a few minutes you'll begin to see equipment reporting, allowing you to take action based on the information being presented.

Pros

In a unified console, you practically have all the main asset management tools (desktop), all gathered in a simple and functional way. You have everything from remote access, software management, inventory, hardware, patch deployment, navigation control. In short, there are many things.

Cons

If we consider only financial aspects, there are cheaper solutions, but they don't perform as well as Managengine. Therefore, for the Brazilian market, I believe the price is a bit high.

One of the best endpoint management and value for money tool in our company. This increase my productivity as a system administrator.

Pros

Managing a lot of workstations in your network was made easy by Endpoint Central. Patches and software deployment made easy. Endpoint management was a problem before but now, it was easy as 1, 2, 3.

Cons

I like of most of the features they have. They made my work a lot easier. Before it was manual then we can do automation now.

### "The perfect solution for MSPs to manage Windows clients and servers"

May 19, 2026

5.0

All in all, it’s a very stable and user-friendly environment for managing all tasks related to end devices. The user interface is clearly laid out, and it’s a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Most i like is the 360degree view of patching and the web frontend is clearely structorized. The support is really fast and very competent.

Cons

Remote Control could be a bit more stable. I wish more MSP specific features like more fine grained Admin User rights.

### "Simplifying patch and application management with Endpoint Central"

October 31, 2025

5.0

I keep my system up-to-date, applying patches using a system-wide tool, and I have an updated software portal where users can install approved software without needing IT support through a service request.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is being able to apply patches to my entire network at once and fix vulnerabilities, and the portal receives constant updates, showing me new vulnerabilities in my network as soon as they are published, ensuring that I always have a more secure environment.

Cons

One of the few things I don't like about the console is that I don't have a report of software installation attempts that were blocked by the App Control module, which means I have to do more work to find out which software was blocked.

### "A great foundation that permits cost effective bolt-on features."

December 2, 2025

Despite the potential lack of niche features / options, they are incredibly responsive to act on getting them added to the roadmap, or simply adding them in micro releases.

Pros

Consistency, Effectiveness, On-Premises, Short ROI. The ability to own the software without having to pay for subscription gives this software an edge when going 2-3 years out. The support team is incredibly helpful and know their products.

Cons

Lack of niche features and options can arise when configuration and deployment come into play, especially in somewhat advanced scenarios.

### "Easy and Reliable ! "

January 7, 2026

5.0

Although patch management is very easy, it's also exciting to see increased visibility within our company thanks to its cybersecurity features. This makes technicians' daily work much easier.

Pros

I liked the remote support feature the most. The information security features, especially the security features and the inability to establish a connection without the user's consent, are very good for corporate use.

Cons

I didn't see any disadvantages. Overall usability and mobile device compatibility are quite convenient and good. Only the mobile app could be improved a bit and made more user-friendly.

Overall, it’s been a good experience. The platform does a solid job managing endpoints and keeping systems updated. It’s reliable for day-to-day IT tasks and makes remote support much easier. Online chat support is very helpful.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to manage devices from one place. Software deployment, patch management, and remote access all worked pretty well and helped save a lot of time. The automation features were also nice because they cut down on repetitive tasks. Very good value.

Cons

Some settings are buried in menus, so it takes a while to figure everything out. Reporting could also be more user-friendly and easier to customize. Takes awhile to learn the system as any system would be.

We use one of the higher subscription tiers, Endpoint Central has been really valuable to pass audits and improve compliance. The customer support is top-tier, it has really allowed us to reach the full potential of the product and improve our efficiency with the tool.

### "Top-tier Remote Management!"

February 20, 2026

5.0

Managing a small business with 15 clients and 4 servers remotely can be a challenge, but this software has made it incredibly simple. It serves as a true "command center" for both operations and security. The remote desktop is fast and reliable, allowing me to see exactly what is happening in the company at any moment. The security peace of mind it offers through automated patching is "super top." Having access to premium enterprise features for a smaller fleet is a game-changer. I highly recommend it to any IT manager looking for a robust, professional, and highly effective solution.

Pros

The automated patch management and remote control are exceptional. It provides total visibility over my 15 clients and 4 servers, making updates effortless. The fact that the full-featured version is free for up to 25 devices is absolutely fantastic.

Cons

Honestly, it is hard to find significant flaws. The interface is packed with features, so it takes a little time to master every setting, but once configured, it runs perfectly. For my business needs, it is virtually flawless.

### "Excellent endpoint management,"

October 23, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central is largely positive in terms of functionality. It is a robust solution that allows for the effective centralization of patch, software, and asset management, which is essential for security. The product itself is very performant. However, my experience was mixed regarding non-technical aspects, particularly the lack of clarity or availability of a contact for specific requests like obtaining a free educational version, which raises questions about support responsiveness for other types of inquiries.

Pros

Centralized management and automation of routine tasks (patch and software deployment) which greatly simplifies IT inventory maintenance. The comprehensive set of features bundled in a single platform (UEM - Unified Endpoint Management). The efficiency of the remote control feature for quick troubleshooting.

Cons

Difficulty in reaching a representative or support for specific requests, particularly for obtaining a free educational version.

### "ManageEngine Endpoint Central- Efficient product to ease and secure our Endpoints"

March 6, 2026

5.0

Overall, the product has significantly evolved and now offers easy and efficient endpoint management. We initially evaluated the product in 2016; however, at that time it did not meet our expectations, and we decided to move to another solution. We re-evaluated the product again in 2020 and were pleasantly surprised to see the significant improvements and enhanced capabilities that now better suit our environment

Pros

The product is user-friendly and offers a rich set of features, making it a highly capable and efficient solution for all our devices like laptop, desktop and mobiles across India and easy deployment with good and efficient customer support

Cons

“The licensing terms related to the technician license need to be reviewed. Additionally, the remote control feature occasionally hangs and requires further investigation.”

### "Lots of features and awesome customer service"

October 22, 2025

5.0

My overall experience is very positive. I appreciate the clean user interface, detailed information about devices, and great customer service.

Pros

Getting ManageEngine Endpoint Central was a game-changer for our company. We needed a tool for remote access, patch management, auditing inventory, and deploying scripts to automate tasks. There are so many features, but they have been able to create a user interface that is easy to navigate. Any time that I had a question I was able to reach out to their customer support team through a chat icon in the bottom right of my screen and immediately receive a friendly and knowledgeable response. We have used ManageEngine for taking inventory of remaining Windows 10 machines to upgrade to Windows 11. Tasks like installing printers, mapping drives, installing software, and even upgrading to Windows 11 have all been automated using configurations. The cost is very justifiable once you realize how useful this tool really is!

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any complaints. It does what we need it to do. There was one time where a configuration was not working right when the targets were modified, but that was fixed with the next MangeEngine update.

### "A great ally in IT transformation"

October 8, 2025

4.0

Having used Endpoint Central before, I recently found myself navigating a complex landscape: a new Service Desk implementation and an ongoing IT merging process. These kinds of transitions can easily overwhelm even seasoned IT teams, but Endpoint Central has been a game-changer for us. What stood out immediately was how it gave me back the visibility and agility I expect from a modern IT setup—without the overhead. In a competitive world where responsiveness and control are everything, Endpoint Central delivered exactly that. Its centralised endpoint management tools allowed me to keep track of devices, push updates, and enforce policies across environments that were previously siloed. The cloud-based architecture meant I could scale and adapt quickly, even as our infrastructure evolved. And the best part? It came at a reasonable price. No hidden costs, no bloated licensing—just straightforward value that empowered me to focus on what matters: delivering reliable IT services and supporting our users through change. If you're facing a similar transformation or just want to modernise your endpoint management, I genuinely recommend giving Endpoint Central a try. It’s not just a tool—it’s a partner in building resilient, future-ready IT.

Pros

Endpoint Management made easy. From software distribution to patch management and all without the need of (almost) any on-prem infrastructure.

Cons

Reporting options could be a bit more friendly and easy to use when trying to generate tailored reports.

### "A Reliable Platform for Streamlined IT Operations"

December 11, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very positive. It has become a reliable, all-in-one tool that simplifies many of the daily tasks involved in managing endpoints. What stands out the most is how much it centralizes—patch management, software deployment, remote support, inventory, and configuration all live in one console. This has saved me a lot of time and reduced the need to jump between different systems

Pros

I’ve been using ManageEngine Endpoint Central for a while now, and overall, it has become one of the most reliable tools in my daily IT workflow. What I liked the most is how much it helps centralize everything. Instead of juggling multiple systems for patching, software deployment, remote support, and asset tracking, Endpoint Central gives me all of that in one console.

Cons

It works, but it can feel cluttered, and there’s a learning curve due to the number of menus and features. Occasionally, the agents take longer than expected to report in, which slows down patching or deployment tasks. Reporting is useful but could offer more customization, and macOS/Linux features still lag behind Windows. Despite these drawbacks, Endpoint Central is a powerful, affordable tool that has helped streamline and standardize a lot of my IT processes.

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been positive. The platform provides a comprehensive set of endpoint management capabilities in a single solution, including patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and asset management. It has helped streamline many routine IT operations and improved visibility across our endpoint environment. We have even used it to replace our Teamviewer solution.

Pros
