### "Easy to use all in one endpoint management server"

December 2, 2025

4.0

Endpoint central is an all in one product and it is the most useful i've ever had. In addition, the price is really low for what it does, support included. I am very happy to have only one console to manage my mobile devices, my computers, servers. The patch management is efficient, the configuration works perfectly, the tools are very useful, and the MDM (apart of its little issues) is really easy to set up. I did not try to replace my wsus with it yet, but it's in my plans.

Pros

I was really happy to have a real reactive and helpful support when i was having trouble while using the product. Moreover, the software is really easy to use and easy to deploy on your infrastructure. It offers a lot of helpful tools and replace a lot of softwares and solutions with only one

Cons

There is kind of often some little bugs or the agent installed on the endpoints just.. disappears. But it's not as common as the little bugs, so nothing really annoying here.

### "A fantastic solution for endpoint management"

December 16, 2025

5.0

Overall, I would say Endpoint Central has helped me organize and manage my endpoints quite well. While evaluating it I stumbled across so many options that made me say: “Wow. I didn’t know that was possible.” It offers so many useful features that make managing and patching your machines easier than ever. I would highly recommend to give it a try.

Pros

The Central Server is very easy to install and maintain (seriously, the Service Packs couldn’t be easier to install). My focus while evaluating Endpoint Central was the patch management system which lets you scan computers/servers and install any missing patch it needs automatically using some predefined policies (you can also make your own policies). Adding new Computers and Users is also super easy and you can even automatically group them to make onboarding even faster. I’ve also tried the Software- and OS-Deployment options, and I am quite impressed with the features they include (built-in PXE and image customization, etc.).

Cons

The menus are a little overwhelming at first and you get lost quite often if you’re new to Endpoint Central. The Agent Installation process can be a little buggy sometimes: The Installation will work on some computers and then it won’t work at all on others, especially when they're not on the same network (then you have to manually install the agent).

### "Manage Engine Endpoint Central: a Complete MDM and endpoint management solution"

December 16, 2025

5.0

Very good product, that provides real time updates to my endpoints, can enforce effective policies way better than Active Directory Group Policy and in a way that I really know that it is actually enforcing them to my devices. Also very good in terms of patch and update management as it has helped us manage critical security updates and alerts us from same day.

Pros

Manage Engine Endpoint Central, is a very comprehensive and effective solution that can be used as MDM, endpoint manager, and IT asset manager which compared to other solution is value for money for what it provides. It is very easy to set up, and also does the job.

Cons

I didn't dislike anything in particular as I am very happy with the product. The only thing that left me a bit tangled is its complex licensing, and that it didn't include an antivirus solution along with the agent for the computers.

### "Complete Package, pricey but worth it."

December 1, 2025

5.0

I have been using some form of Endpoint Central for years. Very Positive with the Cloud version, a little less so with on-prem management but still very good. A near one stop solution for remote management needs. Pricey but worth it in my 100+ endpoint situation and worked great in an enterprise level at a previous employer. I tried other platforms that are cheaper but they just don't compare to the feature set EndPoint Central offers. OS deployment is tricky but very good MDM can be difficult to configure if you are using AMB or googles equivalent. Once you do it is near perfect. Patch management and software deployment mostly just works but you do need to be patient. Self-Service portal also works rather well and rather easy to setup. Remote Desktop can be an issue on Mozilla engines but is pretty flawless on chromium. Management also includes inventory scanning that will give you device info and will attempt to check the warranty on devices. Works near flawlessly with dell and works good for Lenovo. Apple Mac is also supported but security updates to the MacOS will often break it and there is usually a short lag time before the endpoint software updates. I have not tried the linux management yet. Overall, if you have 100+ endpoints and can afford the premium price it is ME-Endpoint Central is great. If you cannot quite afford it they have smaller packages can be cheaper and fill some of your needs.

Pros

Remote Desktop Remote Command Line Warranty Checks Patch Scanning Easy Software deployment Add-ons like MDM, Browser Security, OS Deployment and more to fully streamline your devices. They also offer a 30 day trial at the time of this writing

Cons

Pricing maybe hard to justify for smaller organizations. On-Prem configuration can be difficult to manage.

### "ManageEngine - Endpoint Central review"

January 21, 2026

4.0

In my experience, ManageEngine Endpoint Central has made it much easier to keep our entire device environment under control. Whether I’m managing desktops, laptops, servers, or mobile devices across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android, having everything centralized in one place has been a game‑changer. The automated patching, streamlined software deployment, detailed asset tracking, built‑in remote support, and strong security controls have significantly reduced the amount of manual work and helped me maintain a consistent, secure environment.

Pros

its broad feature set for endpoint control, patch automation, configuration, and remote troubleshooting. Also the following key features - Automated Patch Management, Security & Threat Protection and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

Cons

Complex Licensing Structure Several features are licensed separately, leading to confusion and potential cost concerns—especially for large organizations.

Reason for choosing ManageEngine Endpoint Central

I chose ManageEngine because its overall offering stands out compared to other vendors I evaluated. In my experience, it’s a well‑rounded platform that covers the majority of our operational needs without requiring multiple separate tools. That balance of functionality, reliability, and completeness made it the right fit for our environment.

### "A Easy way to work"

March 20, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central was positive. It is a useful solution for centralized endpoint management, especially for tasks like patch management, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, and asset visibility. It helped simplify daily administrative work and improved control over the environment. At the same time, there were some areas, such as interface usability and advanced configuration, that could be more intuitive. Overall, it is a solid tool that delivers good value for endpoint administration.

Pros

What I liked most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central was its centralized management. It makes it much easier to handle patching, software deployment, remote support, and endpoint monitoring from a single console. I also liked that it helps reduce manual work and gives better visibility and control over devices across the environment.

Cons

What I liked least about ManageEngine Endpoint Central was that some areas of the interface can feel a bit outdated and less intuitive, especially when performing more advanced configurations. At times, troubleshooting and navigation can take longer than expected, and certain features may require extra effort to locate or configure properly.

Our experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been positive. It’s a reliable and well-rounded tool for endpoint management, and I found the remote control feature particularly useful—it’s quick and easy to connect to devices, which makes troubleshooting and support much more efficient. The platform generally simplifies day-to-day management tasks and helps streamline IT operations.

Pros

Easy to use, end users have an enjoyable, seamless experience. Great for sharing files with end users around the world. Useful for deploying patches to devices with vulnerabilities.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central delivers a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for unified endpoint management (UEM), particularly for organizations managing a diverse set of devices and operating systems.

Pros

### "ManageEngine Enpoint Desktop Central a much needed tool for the IT team"

November 16, 2025

5.0

My overall experience is it is a much needed tool for the IT team. it helps ensure endpoint devices are patched and managed, can troubleshoot and review devices diagnostics and also have the ability to provide security reports which is a bonus when we do VAPT testing.

Pros

Manage Engine Endpoint Central is a centralized application that can manage all endpoints, its updates, its vulnerabilities and it is appropriate for device management and troubleshooting issues. It is a good tool for the IT team as it is easy to use and very helpful for reporting.

Cons

what I least like about Mange Engine is that the security endpoint is separate from desktop central. i would prefer it all to be packaged as one application.

### "Simple, Reliable and Feature rich"

November 13, 2025

5.0

Really good! You pretty much have a complete solution in one product, granted we have not used \*all\* the security suite (such as bitlocker management et.). You have everything you need to manage all your user devices. The ease of patching, software deployment and remote management could not be expressed enough. Customer Support is quick and easy, the chatbot takes you to the relevant team quickly based on the enquiry and you have interactive support with a real person. The Value for money is absolutely there!

Pros

ManageEngine Endpoint Central has allowed us to really improve our MDM stance. Patching, deploying and managing devices is all really simple with its huge support for 3rd party applications, automatic package creation and reporting. You can easily ensure consistency with device software and versions across the domain. The agent-based model with secure gateway has helped ensure reliable management and communication, even in a hybrid envrionment (other deployments with push models have previously struggled)

Cons

Some errors in patch deployments are ambiguous, remote powershell could be improved and lack of support for adobe suite (creative cloud suite)

### "Powerful and Centralized Endpoint Management Solution"

March 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been good. It is easy to use and helps manage devices, deploy software, and apply patches from one place. It makes daily IT tasks faster and more organized.

Pros

One of the best features of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its Mobile Device Management (MDM) capability. It makes managing and securing mobile devices easy, allowing for remote configuration, policy enforcement, and app management—all from a single console. This simplifies mobile device administration and improves overall security.

Cons

One of the least favorable aspects of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the OS Deployer feature. It can be complex to configure initially, especially when setting up images, drivers, and deployment templates. The process may require additional time and testing to ensure successful deployment, and troubleshooting errors can sometimes be challenging.

### "The complete solution UEM"

January 15, 2026

5.0

The use of the cloud version so far has been very good.Implementation is relatively simple, as is starting up the system; in just a few minutes you'll begin to see equipment reporting, allowing you to take action based on the information being presented.

Pros

In a unified console, you practically have all the main asset management tools (desktop), all gathered in a simple and functional way. You have everything from remote access, software management, inventory, hardware, patch deployment, navigation control. In short, there are many things.

Cons

If we consider only financial aspects, there are cheaper solutions, but they don't perform as well as Managengine. Therefore, for the Brazilian market, I believe the price is a bit high.

### "Excellent endpoint management,"

October 23, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central is largely positive in terms of functionality. It is a robust solution that allows for the effective centralization of patch, software, and asset management, which is essential for security. The product itself is very performant. However, my experience was mixed regarding non-technical aspects, particularly the lack of clarity or availability of a contact for specific requests like obtaining a free educational version, which raises questions about support responsiveness for other types of inquiries.

Pros

Centralized management and automation of routine tasks (patch and software deployment) which greatly simplifies IT inventory maintenance. The comprehensive set of features bundled in a single platform (UEM - Unified Endpoint Management). The efficiency of the remote control feature for quick troubleshooting.

Cons

Difficulty in reaching a representative or support for specific requests, particularly for obtaining a free educational version.

### "Lots of features and awesome customer service"

October 22, 2025

5.0

My overall experience is very positive. I appreciate the clean user interface, detailed information about devices, and great customer service.

Pros

Getting ManageEngine Endpoint Central was a game-changer for our company. We needed a tool for remote access, patch management, auditing inventory, and deploying scripts to automate tasks. There are so many features, but they have been able to create a user interface that is easy to navigate. Any time that I had a question I was able to reach out to their customer support team through a chat icon in the bottom right of my screen and immediately receive a friendly and knowledgeable response. We have used ManageEngine for taking inventory of remaining Windows 10 machines to upgrade to Windows 11. Tasks like installing printers, mapping drives, installing software, and even upgrading to Windows 11 have all been automated using configurations. The cost is very justifiable once you realize how useful this tool really is!

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any complaints. It does what we need it to do. There was one time where a configuration was not working right when the targets were modified, but that was fixed with the next MangeEngine update.

### "Easy and Reliable ! "

January 7, 2026

5.0

Although patch management is very easy, it's also exciting to see increased visibility within our company thanks to its cybersecurity features. This makes technicians' daily work much easier.

Pros

I liked the remote support feature the most. The information security features, especially the security features and the inability to establish a connection without the user's consent, are very good for corporate use.

Cons

I didn't see any disadvantages. Overall usability and mobile device compatibility are quite convenient and good. Only the mobile app could be improved a bit and made more user-friendly.

### "Very Good Application"

March 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been good. It makes managing computers and devices easier by combining tasks like patching, software installation, and remote support in one place. The system works reliably and saves time through automation. While the interface can be a bit confusing at first, it becomes easier to use with experience. Overall, it is a helpful and efficient tool for endpoint management.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its all-in-one approach to endpoint management. It combines patch management, remote troubleshooting, software deployment, and asset tracking into a single platform, which significantly reduces the need for multiple tools.

Cons

A limitation of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that patch deployment can occasionally be inconsistent, requiring manual intervention or troubleshooting to ensure updates are successfully applied.

### "Endpoint Central - The one stop shop for all you UEM needs"

March 2, 2026

5.0

Overall Endpoint Central is a great tool to use, it's easy to use and their support team are excellent to deal with. Having the ability to have such a wide range of feature in one place means it fits well with everyone from helpdesk staff to infrastructure engineers to security admins.

Pros

The ability to have all the tools in one place such as patching, remote control, software deployment, MDM and more. It's a one stop shop for all our UEM requirements. And its module licensing means if there's a feature you don't need you don't have to have it.

Cons

The process to update Endpoint Central if you're running the on-premise version is a bit clunky. Rather than just running a setup.exe you must download update packs and run a command line to install them. It's the same for all ManageEngine products!

### "A great ally in IT transformation"

October 8, 2025

4.0

Having used Endpoint Central before, I recently found myself navigating a complex landscape: a new Service Desk implementation and an ongoing IT merging process. These kinds of transitions can easily overwhelm even seasoned IT teams, but Endpoint Central has been a game-changer for us. What stood out immediately was how it gave me back the visibility and agility I expect from a modern IT setup—without the overhead. In a competitive world where responsiveness and control are everything, Endpoint Central delivered exactly that. Its centralised endpoint management tools allowed me to keep track of devices, push updates, and enforce policies across environments that were previously siloed. The cloud-based architecture meant I could scale and adapt quickly, even as our infrastructure evolved. And the best part? It came at a reasonable price. No hidden costs, no bloated licensing—just straightforward value that empowered me to focus on what matters: delivering reliable IT services and supporting our users through change. If you're facing a similar transformation or just want to modernise your endpoint management, I genuinely recommend giving Endpoint Central a try. It’s not just a tool—it’s a partner in building resilient, future-ready IT.

Pros

Endpoint Management made easy. From software distribution to patch management and all without the need of (almost) any on-prem infrastructure.

Cons

Reporting options could be a bit more friendly and easy to use when trying to generate tailored reports.

### "A Reliable Platform for Streamlined IT Operations"

December 11, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very positive. It has become a reliable, all-in-one tool that simplifies many of the daily tasks involved in managing endpoints. What stands out the most is how much it centralizes—patch management, software deployment, remote support, inventory, and configuration all live in one console. This has saved me a lot of time and reduced the need to jump between different systems

Pros

I’ve been using ManageEngine Endpoint Central for a while now, and overall, it has become one of the most reliable tools in my daily IT workflow. What I liked the most is how much it helps centralize everything. Instead of juggling multiple systems for patching, software deployment, remote support, and asset tracking, Endpoint Central gives me all of that in one console.

Cons

It works, but it can feel cluttered, and there’s a learning curve due to the number of menus and features. Occasionally, the agents take longer than expected to report in, which slows down patching or deployment tasks. Reporting is useful but could offer more customization, and macOS/Linux features still lag behind Windows. Despite these drawbacks, Endpoint Central is a powerful, affordable tool that has helped streamline and standardize a lot of my IT processes.
