Pros: The setup is simple - done in just a few clicks and from there on it just worked. The email and calendar integration have worked reliably so far, and the contacts page is an interesting approach to get new leads into the CRM. We've used it for a few months only but I already can't live without it.

Overall: At first it wasn't exactly clear what to expect after I completed the signup. However support was responsive and took time to explain how everything worked to get us off to a good start.
