Pros The feature I liked the most regarding Qwaiting is the integrations between the company Health Information System's booking appointments that decreases wait time patients to get attended by the customer service. Cons With a system such as Qwaiting there is not much to hate. But the only feature to improve would be the access control of users that require more tweaking.
