Pros I do like the secure, automatic application of payments to our clients' accounts and that the client payment is just a click away for them. The reports are well presented and there are many ways to order a reports presentation. It is very turnkey and the learning curve for most of it was minimal for this product. Cons What I like least about this product is that those few times when clients' payments don't go through (their bank rejected it or for some reason on the clients's end something prevented their payment completion of the process.) When that happens, it is a monster finding out which client's payment didn't go through - there is simply an obscure "Alert" stating that "a payment" did not go through, but it doesn't tell accounting WHICH client! When we call support, they are always also confused as to WHY QuickBooks is not specific. It can be a real time waster. Also, the mobile app is clean and easy to use for quick check deposits, transfers, and expense tracking on the go. Cons Customer support can be slow at times and the interface feels outdated compared to modern fintech apps like Mercury or Novo. It doesn't have that polished, snappy feel. Cons Some parts, particularly in payroll can be confusing to start. This could be made simpler with a simple wizard that guides you through.
