What excites us the most is how our team can fully leverage LoyaltyPlant's all-encompassing platform. It empowers us to provide direct delivery from our restaurant chain and craft personalized marketing campaigns for our customers. Seamlessly integrating with our POS system, it's incredibly user-friendly and a game-changer for us

Cons

Occasionally, we encounter tech issues with new features, but the team is always quick to resolve them. While it does take some time and effort to grasp the processes and manage the entire workflow, the results are absolutely worth it

Pros

Our team truly values the LoyaltyPlant product for its significant contribution to our business growth. With our branded app, website, CRM, and the pivotal loyalty program in place, partnering with LoyaltyPlant has resulted in a 7% increase in our average check size (online ordering). And now we are now planning to open new locations in the city.

Cons

You need to have a dedicated person from your team to work effectively with their product.

Pros

We really like the comprehensive solution that LoyaltyPlant provides. Their product is quite complex and includes a branded app, CRM with analytics, and a loyalty engine. By leveraging all of these components, we enhance our customer loyalty and drive more revenue.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a longer time to implement certain features in app and marketing campaigns, but their customer success manager helps a lot.
