Pros: This makes communicating with several different groups SUPER easy, being able to separate various contacts into correlating groups is awesome. I also love the fact that I can send any type of message, SMS, Media, Photo, PDF, Etc...

Cons: I don't have many complaints, I just wish I could set up a "read receipt" for messages. If it was literally less a month it would fit into my budget a whole lot better.

Pros: The ability to easily communicate with every partner.

Cons: I have to exit and restart the app quite a bit.

Overall: The instant information provided to employees and prevented confusion over scheduling.
