Pros What I like the most with IRIS is that they are very flexible to our needs. We can request whatever we want. For instance if you want to request monitoring profile or MIBS to be polled for a certain vendor, they can grant that within short period of time. Unlike other companies which can take ages. This eliminates us from using other monitoring platform that is vendor specific as we can have all of them in IRIS. Cons IRIS requires a lot of compute resources depending on your network size. Back when we were using AKIPS, we're just using 16GB ram 8 CPU on our server. With IRIS, we're using 7X of that.
