February 21, 2025 5.0 I am a volunteer in my church and this program help us in a great amount of situations, from the celebrations to the children's show or everytime we need a media support. This software is able to use two of the best technologies for streaming: NDI and Aircast. It allows to manage screens, showing different contents for the "audience" and the "stage". I would add only that there are too many features to cover all of them in a review, but I think it is the most complete software among the same category programs used for the church or worship shows. Pros I absolutely love the interface, simple but with everything you need. Cons I something noticed some bugs, but technical support fixed them in a week or less. Review Source AN Alicia N. It made life way easier and made it so that you could mostly depend on it coming through for you. Pros Ease over all of adding lyrics and backgrounds. Although glitchy at times, it’s above and beyond the others. Cons Glitchy and would be harder to find things easily. But it may have improved since I used it last. It has been awhile. Once we got used to the process, it became rather easy. Pros It has made it easy to set up church services from week to week. Cons It took some effort to understand some features, but I don’t think that can be changed. I would recommend it to any church of any size that wants a powerful, but user friendly, presentation software. Pros I like how user friendly it is. We use volunteers and on the rare occasion one of the regulars is unavailable I can pull just about anyone in and give a crash course before service to fill in. Pros I am new to this area of technology. But the first tutorial that I watched seemed easy to follow. The speker's voice was clear and easy to understand. After gaining the knowledge of how to create and edit, it only a few minutes to update the slides each week. Super easy! Pros It's easy to update slides for the worship service each week and Special slides such as holiday slides can be "hidden" and enabled again for later use. It saves time by not having to recreate slides each time. Cons It can be a little confusing for beginners but nothing in particular stands out as a negative. Review Source MS Michael S. Many churches use it and I think if you learn it, you can probably handle the media for any church. Another thing I like about ProPresenter is how you can import songs from multiple engines, which is really useful. Cons The text editor for ProPresenter is really annoying. You have to tweak it little by little to make it look presentable, but it automatically goes to a default font, size, and position, which is a bit annoying to do. It makes things look so professional and very organized. It is such a great tool for our church. Pros ProPresenter is a key piece in our worship services on Sunday mornings, as well as any other services we may hold. It has been a tremendous asset to us in our production quality. Cons It tends to be a bit bulky and clunky. It's also not super user-friendly, as you do need training to be able to navigate it.
