The company was using JANDI and asked us to join the software to be able to check the team mission and stuff. Pros I like the fact that is really private, only people in the griup can acces it and also it has a lot of options such as To-do list and the infos about separate members, the department they are part with. Good software for a company chat rooms Cons Maybe that it takes a lot of space and is diffixult to find the download files. We felt back then that we needed a systematic way to sort and organize all company related information instead using consumer-based messenger. JANDI's topic based organization was super easy for us to create topics related to each store, products, company announcements and promotional material for our staff. Upon with the read receipt option, I was able to know that each message was delivered and read properly. Pros The never expired document/photo storage. Super quick searches, and the file is always ready for preview even tracking a few months back. Setting software notification off after work hours, and turning on vacation mode during my off days. Cons I wish there was the option to login with my fingerprints / facial recognition (just the way how I would unlock my iPhone). Pros It's very easy to get the hang of and start using. You have a main page with all the teams your part of and you have your workspaces within for those teams, where you can organize chatrooms and post things. Especially for non-engineer colleagues, they prefer Jandi a lot more than Slack. Cons Extension/ plug-in stuff. The choices are pretty limited.
