The cross platform compatibility and quick and smooth behavior makes the system very useful tool. Pros Software is very flexible, there are always some solutions for processes we need to do. Support is simply excellent. Business development manager takes care for us very well and is always reachable and willing to help. It was very easy for my employees and clients to learn to use the software. Cons Some processes and modules still need to be better defined or some functions to be created but as long the support team is available and willing to help this doesn't hold us back.
