Pros: It was hard to like anything since their reliability was so poor.

Cons: Reliability was a big issue. Their systems kept going down and impacted our e-mail sends dramatically. They took little responsibility for their issues. We had to leave at big cost because their service was so poor.

Overall: Their servers were going down a lot and as a result our production was dramatically affected. Their costs were high and we found much better solutions at much lower costs.

Comments: Although I am not impressed by the lack of pricing information, in terms of the solution itself - it is very good for sales teams or any team on the road servicing customers. Update has several vertical solutions for different industries - so Update will tailor the CRM program to your company and or industry. I would definitely give Update a look-see
