"Perfect email subscription service for marketing"
Overall: I love Zender. We had a lot of hassles when it came to email broadcasting and scheduling but Zender made it very easy for us to communicate with our customers and distributers on a regular basis.
Pros: We are managing all our marketing newsletters through Zender. The mailing lists are easy to create and broadcast. One thing that I found very useful was that the emails were not easily blacklisted as opposed to Mailchimp that we were using previously for the same purpose. The emails can be opened on a web browser if they are not visible on the email client. Overall a very decent tool in it's price range.
Cons: The template library was very limited and so we had to customize a lot of templates on our own. Managing subscriber list is not very user friendly and we couldn't create separate mailing list for separate templates. Template based mailing list could be a big feature if they can add it in their future releases. Some backend functionalities and features on user interface can be improved for overall experience.

Pros: After signing up, the interface is easy to get used to.
Cons: Signing up was time consuming, I feel like it can be simpler.
