Pros

The well-organized dashboard that I liked the most. No need to use multiple tools for your business, You can get numerous solutions in one place like project & task management, CRM, Team Chat, File Manager, Accounting. I really love the features that they have.

Cons

I have not found any major complexity with Swell Enterprise. They are continuously improving.

Happy we were able to complete a trial before committing. Not the best experience but we may check back into SWELLEnterprise later on when they may have smoothed out some of the kinks.

Pros

SWELLEnterprise was very clean in its appearance and had most of the standard CRM /business management features one would expect and more. It really does have a wide range of features for running your business more smoothly, like custom branding, white label options, contact management, tasks, etc but needs a bit of improvement.

Cons

It did not meet our specific business needs when we ran into a number of issues that support needed time to get answers on. One example in particular was an inability to set up repeating tasks. As a company involved in the monthly billing and therefore creation of marketing materials and posts, this was a feature that was sadly missing. Additionally, there were issues with invoicing where the invoices would be paid by clients but would not register as such within the system.

Customer service was terrible when trying to resolve this. I showed them the debug environment and they didn't even acknowledge it. While I was definitely chatting with a human, they felt like a robot. No explanations or apologies (or gratitude) that I showed them these bugs.

Pros

The premise is amazing. I loved the UI and UX. I was so excited to begin using this product to streamline my business operations.

Cons

Within 20 minutes of using, I found several bugs. Buttons didn't work, I even kept getting Swell's debug screen—yikes!! This is a serious security flaw and I don't feel comfortable storing my information with a company that lets their debug environment show up in prod. I chatted with customer service and politely pointed out these problems, showed them screenshots.

Very satisfied with what I have and have extremely high expectations with them

Pros

I’ve used a lot of other tools & CRMs in different industries: Real estate, Healthcare, Marketing. It’s one of the best CRMs out there. It saved my couple of hundreds every month spent on other tools. It replaces 3-4 other tools we are using on monthly basis. I built the same features on Podio which costed me over $1000, but I have all same features already built in and integrated with SwellEnterprise. Cons

Product is still new so I get some bugs, but the founder and his support team always go above and beyond (almost 24/7) and fixed any issue I had.

Organization and it saved money because I didn't need other programs anymore because this does everything in one place.

Pros

I was able to cancel most of my subscriptions to other products because this offered a lot of that in one place.

Cons

I wish there were more integrations but support team said they are constantly adding new integrations.
