I learned how to do this to make my content more interactive. **Cons:** It would be nice if we could use H5P content supplied by Intuto instead of having to have this done for us or host it elsewhere. Prompt and helpful support. During COVID lockdown the team even personalized a course we had done ourselves (which is basically just reading with a quize at the end) making it more interactive and interesting to complete. This was awesome. **Pros:** relatively easy to add a course and being able to speak with a real person rather than a chat bot **Cons:** That we have to upgrade if we want them to write, or personalize any courses. This also means we would have to continue paying the increased fee even though once our staff have done the training they don't usually repeat. The cost is just too much for us to carry.
