Pros The setup process was very easy and straightforward. Nabooki automatically takes my bookings and payments, saving me from doing 2 or 3 tasks. I now wish I could use it in more areas of my business. The support centre is helpful and when I did get stuck a representative got in touch and had it resolved in less than half an hour. As a consultant I now recommend nabooki to other business owners. Cons I would like the ability to accept bookings that don't require a date to be selected. That's about the only thing. Its a great tool for small businesses. Pros Nabooki is excellent and they have done a great job. Im not very good with tech but most questions are answered on their help centre and their lovely support team are always there to assist me with any issues. The system is a combination of everything, looks professional, good price and they are based in AU which is easier for me to get support. It helped me track my class passes and I also love the review feature which helps me get public feedback. Overall, highly recommended! May 7, 2022 4.0 Overall a pleasant experience, with the majority of features easy to setup, use and manage. Quick to look at critical information, and very simple to manage on the fly to move/cancel bookings. Rezdy integration appeared to work ok after some adjusting of settings. Pros The first class support provided was fantastic. Easy ability to see passenger manifests, and easy of booking management (Make, Change, Cancel). Very easy to refund monies, and track booking flow. Overall interface quite impressive and simple to use. Cons Limiting the scheduling of product sessions to 15min increments is not acceptable and does not make sense. Allow for at least 5min increments or even better by individual minutes. It can be hard to know when promotions are live, which screen should be updated as the master. A note saying 'saving these details will override all others' would be handy. Using the Custom Fields, was quite problematic - I had to get support to setup this function as it did not work as intended. Review Source LK Liz K. February 16, 2021 4.0 Excellent service, great people behind the scenes. All very helpful. Pros Nabooki is generally very easy to use, it saves me so much time in administration and my students can easily book themselves into their yoga classes. The support team are excellent and proactive. They have been able to sort out my questions and have trained me very well in navigating around the system. When COVID came, my previous booking system started to fail me and a colleague introduced Nabooki to me. I love how it's working for me as a business owner. It helped me control numbers in each Yoga class which my previous system could not do.. It also has allowed me to send emails easily to each individual groupwhich I find it very helpful! I can also locate each booking with ease. Cons I had reported one strange error on payment status tagging but overall is good. Reason for choosing Nabooki I chose Nabooki as a trusted friend referred. I like that the company is Australian and based in Australia. The cost was affordable for my small business. Pros The Nabooki website was the one stop shop for managing bookings and customers that resulted from a Great State voucher program. Once familiar with the setup it was quite easy to use the site on a daily basis. Had good functionality and really good human support that assisted when required. Now, it has helped me organise my weekly classes by keeping me on track as it tells me everyday who's coming to my classes. It's also very easy to use and gives the flexibility for users to book easily. I'm on top of things as I know what's happening on a day to day basis and can organise my life and business according to the booking summaries I receive everyday. I am also 100% SATISFIED with their customer service because even if it's not a problem about nabooki, they assist me in figuring out what went wrong. It's helped me out so much that I even recommended nabooki to my friends who are also using it now. June 27, 2018 5.0 Time saving not on phone as much Pros I could never go back to taking calls over the phone as it now saves me a lot of time. I now only spend about a quarter of the time on the phone and quite often when I have a missed call because I'm on the boat providing a lesson, I’ll return the call only to find out they have already booked online. The dashboard is great as it allows me to keep an eye on the number of bookings for the month, where they are coming from and lets me know what courses are being booked. My business requires a more complex than most which make it difficult for me to go in and make changes but the support is great and help is always available when needed. I can’t fault the customer service, I’m really happy and definitely recommend taking online bookings with nabooki. The setup was easy, I love the interface as everything you need is presented right up front, it's simple and it's functional. Using Naked Bookings has improved my efficiency by having everything I need in the one place. Bookings come in automatically online, the diary clearly shows my schedule and everything is displayed up front, unlike others that have all this glitzy stuff that isn't necessary and require you to go through a number of pages just to get what you need. The support is amazing and he has been really helpful for me to grow my business. Highly recommended, 10/10. Cons Everything is visual when running an art business so it would be great if I could display a calendar with images for my customers to select from, but listing each service on my website and using the book now button does the job. Online bookings is great for our customers with busy schedules as it saves time spent going back and forth and now that bookings come through automatically, our staff can now spend more time providing a great service for our customers. We have seen a huge increase in business since offering online bookings, especially for last minute bookings. Support is great when needed as the help articles often answer my questions and if required, online chat is nice and convenient. I already happily recommend to others. We instantly received confirmations. Changes were easy (apart from a few strange situations that support easily assisted with). Pros We have not had an online presence for experiences before. We signed up to be part of the South Australian Great State voucher program for tourism experiences. Nabooki was the provider for the booking side of that program. We were able to easily have our products loaded into Nabooki, to have dates and times added and changed and the management of bookings has been very smooth. There are features that I don't understand. However, I have been able to contact support whenever I have had an issue and have it resolved within minutes! Not hours, not days, minutes! The support has been phenomenal. Many thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] who has been awesome at resolving any issues we have had.
