Pros: The visual appeal of Prezi is great! This gives us an option that is far more engaging and requires less hands on customization throughout.

Cons: The adjustment to a new software is to be expected, but the biggest issue we've found is the limits on what you can customize. It would be nice to have the freedom to make more updates to animations and elements if we so chose.

We use Prezi mainly because our predecessor had used it - and we're not sure what else there is.....

Pros: the ability to have the animation and be able to have videos embedded with in the presentations - cool to be able to do that!

Cons: the size of the files is too large for us to download and have saved locally to our laptops for taking outside our office -- so we are always relying on a fast internet connection wherever we go to present -- and that is a little scary sometimes! make the files smaller!

Pros: In Prezi you can move in a single information space.
Possibilities of non-standard creation of presentations give great opportunities for creativity
Ability to work together on a presentation, posting a presentation on the blog and other services.
The ability to save a presentation for offline display without using the Internet.

Cons: English-language service
In the free version, the created presentations will be available to all members of the service

Overall: Multimedia presentation Prezi consists of images, graphics, video, music, visual effects, which are combined into a single shell.
Prezi presentations are for demonstration on the Internet and on local computers with any operating system.
It is these features of Prezi presentations that allow them to be used in business to achieve their goals.

The main "chip" Prezi - a beautiful transition between elements of the common canvas. Use Prezi is reasonable in case the story you are telling is presented in the form of a mental map or chain of reasoning.

There are 2 types of stories that make sense in Prezi:
1. The main idea + the set of directions, which we disclose consistently, constantly returning to the original thought.
2. A look from different heights to the subject. We look at the question deeper, and then we show the whole picture from a bird's eye view.

A simple test for the need to use Prezi instead of PowerPoint and Keynote. Try to do this - transfer the frames from Prezi to PowerPoint. If you do not see a significant difference, then use PowerPoint (Keynote).

Pros: For an audience accustomed to powerpoint style presentations, this captivates and holds attention. Once you've practiced and are able to match theme with message it is very memorable. The presentation phone app is also nice to have.

Cons: It takes a while to learn how to best use the features and movements. To use to fullest potential, must have REALLY high resolution images!

Pros: Intuitive interface
you can also insert videos into Prezi
Import powerpoints
add shapes to great places for information in your Prezi presentation
Stunning multimedia features to add to your presentations.

Cons: - Poor compatibility of PowerPoint. Only with Prezi
- Sometimes sick of constant approach and separation of the camera
- Using Prezi requires a certain visual literacy. Otherwise, the presentation can resemble a dump of different in style elements or, let's say more correctly, a kaleidoscope. In Prezi, this is more noticeable than in PowerPoint
- Some participants in the presentation will experience a certain emotional discomfort due to a violation of the standard presentation of information. Others will not be able to make notes in the usual mode, etc.

Overall: It allows in the presentation to display several logical levels of information, visually conducting the audience from the general picture to the details and back

Pros: Prezi allows you to create PowerPoint-like presentations that can be used anytime, anywhere. Presentations can be set to be rolling indefinitely, perhaps for use in a buidling's reception, as well as for live meetings. And as it's cloud based, it can be seen by users in other locations. It even has mobile apps so presentaions can not only be seen on a small screen but also on a smartphone or tablet.

Cons: If a presentation is amended you have to reload the web page, amendments do not seem to immediately show up. This is however a minor issue.

Pros: I love the "Google Earth" type of functionality as an alternative to the slide by slide method of other presentation software. Prezi uses one large canvas that you zoom into and out from to go from topic to topic. Their new format, Prezi Next enables you to deliver a presentation in any order and also collects metrics if you send it to others.

Cons: There is a little bit of a learning curve, but really, you're just limited by your imagination. It helps to view other Prezi's so you can get ideas for creating your own presentations.

Overall: It is a cool, uncommon alternative to "death by PowerPoint."

Pros: Prezi is great at making more engaging powerpoints with a much wider variety of transitions. Prezi is great if you're trying to tell a story through your presentation, because of how you can edit the background of the entire presentation and then jump to different parts of it however you choose. I also like how you can zoom in on certain parts of one slide to really hone in on a key point and emphasize it. Prezi is definitely for people who do more creative presentations and work in design, as I can't see it being applied in a more professional, strictly business setting.

Cons: Prezi is really not user friendly. There's been multiple occasions where I try to edit a transition, order of the powerpoint, move a text box or change a font and the entire slide ends up getting ruined. It's so hard to personalize and edit slides because it you might click one part and Prezi thinks you're trying to do something else and it gets incredibly frustrating. While I do have more pros and cons, this one con is a really big deal for me. It makes the software so frustrating and not user friendly. If you're not telling or story or need a super flashy/professionally designed PowerPoint with great transitions, then I'd recommend Google Slides or PowerPoint over Prezi to save you time and frustration.

It is a powerful presenter.

Pros: Appearance and ease of building a presentation. Especially choosing a zoom in area is an effective tool.

Cons: Animations need some enhancements. Simultaneous animations must be added (i.e. one item fades out while the other fades in with ONE Click). Desktop app must be improved against slowing down or freezing.

Overall: I prepare effective and extraordinary presentations in a short time.

Pros: Communicate your ideas in a non-traditional "slide format" you can keep your viewers guessing and help them focus on what you're saying than reading through a dense slide.

Pros: Prezi changes the way clients view presentations and allows for a non-linear spread of information that is different from standard Powerpoint offerings. Prezi is always available for support and most recently, the new interface and features enhance the way you can work on presentations.

Cons: The software can, at times, be difficult to work with given how the lay-out is all on one canvas. It can be frustrating to get ordering and placement of text/image exactly right - by no means enough of a frustration to not use, however.

Overall: Alternative to Powerpoint. Presentations generally wow viewers due to non-linear lay-out.

Pros: Amazing features, easy to learn and easy to use. Visually stimulating vs. boring text.

Cons: It's groundbreaking for what it is, but not feature rich. There is a limited number of colors and shapes to select from.

Overall: Prezi has been an incredible presentation tool. It adds a new dimension to just presentation slides. Instead of changing from slide to slide like typical tools, it zooms in and out, capturing the attention of the audience and making presentations more exciting. It allows the creator to customize everything, from the background to the topics. It's not meant to be a text based tool - it is focused on images and video clips, arrows, and shapes. You can certainly add text, but it is more image based.

Comments: How many times have you seen a powerpoint that looked like 20 others you have seen before it? Prezi is a refreshing new look for presentation software. Its interface is similar to the presentation standard powerpoint so the learning curve is low for using this software but the modern graphics and a nonlinear way you move through the information presents something more appropriate visually for our tech-driven world. In addition to the aesthetics - it's a cloud-based software that can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection. A presentation can have multiple users and ever template/theme can be customized to your liking. I have used Prezi several times to present to groups and I am often asked about the program I used to make such good visuals. People often think it must have taken a lot of time when it is really simple and not time intensive. Efficient software with good value.

Comments: This product allows you do creatively break the mold of Microsoft PowerPoint and create something that will captivate your audience. In a small or large business, the meeting takes too much time and people can lose interest quickly if they are not brought in. Prezi Business gives you the ability to make slides turn into your imagination of how you want to portray whatever topic you are discussing. It has a great user interface and a learning curve that is steep with features but very quick to overcome. The only reason not to switch to Prezi Business would be the price as it can be hard to justify especially if you already have Microsoft PowerPoint. However, there are many ways to try out Prezi to get a better idea if it is right for you.

Pros: I like the way the end presentation looks.

Cons: I think it is difficult and cumbersome to work with, however, if you have some time to play with it, you might be well pleased with the software.

Overall: I have used Prezi off and on over the past several years. I really like the presentations you can create with the software. However, in my opinion, it is hard to manipulate and the setup of the GUI makes it difficult to move things exactly where you need them if you need to veer away, even slightly, from their templates. Prezi is very visually stimulating, though. I would recommend checking Prezi out if you are concerned about the graphics and visuals of your presentation. Also, it becomes a bit difficult to add large amounts of data if that is something you need to do in your presentation. Overall, check Prezi out with the free version and see if you like it. Personally, I tend to only use this for small class visuals as statistics presentations or blocks are hard to manipulate in Prezi. You just have to weigh what is most important to you and your needs and if you have the time to get the data to look how you want it in Prezi if you do your efforts will be rewarded with a great presentation.

Recommendations to other buyers: Check it out if you have short presentations with only a few pieces, if you have a lot of pieces you might want to consider all of the options for software as well as how much time you have to work on moving the pieces around if you decide to go with Prezi.

Cons: The only con to this software is it's price tag. I think a little bit on the expensive end for the users that this program seems to target.

Overall: Prezi has great potential when it comes to creating fantastic presentations. It may not be up to PowerPoint's standards but compared to the alternative programs, this one is top notch. There's room to be more creative and think outside of the box. Instead of slide by slide, you can create a presentation that flows and transforms more. It takes a little bit of time to get used to this program, but it's time well spent and honestly fun learning! Once you finish a presentation, you'll wow your audience for sure.

Pros: Presentations are more creative. I believe the company has said Prezi's make it easier to learn based on some studies but see their website for that information. The audience normally is exited to see something new and seem to like to see and Prezi's more. The presentations may look complicated, however you could use some of the standard ones and just add your information.

Cons: While it is easy to learn, people not familiar with basic computer programs my take time to learn. Creating presentations (good ones anyway) take more time. It is not just copy and past of information.

Overall: So Prezi is a fancy word for Presentation but really it is a software that helps you present information. I used it from 2010-2012 and I am sure some things have changed however the the essence of the soft ware is the same. You can make great presentations. Much better than power point. You create a map of information and then go over parts of the map. The map can be anything. I urge anyone to see some of their sample presentations.

If you do not have a lot of people/number of presentations/ or if your presentations are short then you are find using power point or anything really. However if you are in a business that has presentations often/ longer presentations, and/or larger groups it is my opinion that Prezi is worth it. It keeps people engaged and overall does a better job than the slide after slide of power point.

Recommendations to other buyers: Same as above, if you do a lot of presentations, or long presentations this is something you want to use. Or at least to a trial and decide for yourself.

Pros: Incredible functionality

Cons: Unstable platform

Overall: Prezi has incredible potential. The functionality and features are incredible, and provide the potential to make a one of a kind presentation that really stands out above the rest. When it works, I absolutely love it. We have done amazing presentations for ourselves and our clients using prezi and I love it. The downside is, it doesn't always work. It is fidgety, frequently crashing, resizing and moving both images and text. If you are under the gun or needing to create a presentation quickly, this is not the software for you. We have reached out to prezi help frequently to find out if we are doing something wrong, and Customer service does not follow through. I have been promised multiple times that someone will reach out to me to provide the simple answer as to why we are having problems with prezi, and it never happens. So we frequently start presentations using prezi, and I end up converting the presentation to PowerPoint at the last minute because prezi has crashed so many times we cannot finish utilizing this software. Lastly, it is unreliable in the field, so we have been forced to start backing up every presentation with PowerPoint, because it is not a guarantee the software will be working while you are in the field, where you don't control the wifi or a possible firewall. If you are doing a Webinar from the confines of your own office, it is outstanding. You take the good with the bad with this software.

Comments: If you want your presentation to look prettier, and have more fluid motions than just a regular old PowerPoint presentation, Prezi is the way to go. I never even knew about it until high school, and have used it only a handful of times, but each and every time, I've been able to create impressive presentations. The ability to have your "slides" follow a track is really cool.

Comments: Prezi is a presentation creation tool which really stands out from the competition. It has a different philosophy, a different perception which makes it unique. We usually conceive a presentation as different slides which are merged together using animations. Prezi focuses on creating an animation which is grouped into one yet divided into many. The templates, in particular, offer far more functionality than the likes of, let's say, MS powerpoint. I am amazed at how millions of people rely on Microsoft powerpoint or EverNote when they can make the presentations with much more ease and those which actually look appealing and inspiring. In my childhood, teachers used to give presentations on powerpoint and they spent so much time trying to perfect the animations that they forgot to focus on the slides, on what to put in them. My colleagues have certain full-time presenters who cost a lot. Instead, I use Prezi and I know what is where and when any certain thing will come. I am able to utilize the zooming capability of Prezi to the full extent and even answer the questions raised spontaneously with pointing towards the exact slide of the presentation. The best part is that the whole presentation is interactive and intuitive which helps in delivering the topic much more thoroughly. Another prominent feature it uses is the 3 dimension based templates and they are simply a killer. Your boss will definitely be impressed with your result. It is cheap with $10 a month for the most basic service. It runs across different platforms and offline as well but a presentation cannot be edited on any mobile device.

Pros: Ability to integrate MS Powerpoints

Cons: Configuring out the software can be quite tricky.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you want to create a powerful presentation please consider using prezi.

Pros: the way to show the presentation, it's on line, there are many templates for diferentes themes, and what i really like, it's easy to use.

Cons: to download a presentation it's very slow time, i can't change the font type and color and just can choose a theme for this.

Overall: I'm a computing teacher in Mexico and when i was studying the master degree i knew prezi and learned how to use it, and now i teach my studens how to use this amazing software and their presentation have improve en all their subjects. i want to say thank you so much.

Recommendations to other buyers: i would like to increase the templates, although they are very nice some are used by many users. but i like to use prezi very much

Pros: Prezi allows my audience to experience going deeper into a subject or understand very clearly when I am "stepping off the path" to explain a concept or define a term and then "stepping back onto the path." It is visual and experiential.

Cons: It takes a bit of practice to save your presentations for use when there is no internet connection, but it is possible.

Overall: Whether presenting to my students or to adults, Prezi presentations never fail to convey my message or impress my audiences.

Recommendations to other buyers: Okay with it until you get good at it. Even your first attempts will produce results.

Pros: I think the best feature of Prezi is the quality result of your product. Once your done adding the final touches, you have a beautiful presentation that impresses all of your audience, which is the main part of course.

Cons: I really can't think of any cons. my experience with prezi has always been positive, as far as I can remember.

Overall: I've been using Prezi all my high school life. I don't remember anything else being as easy and helpful as the overall functionality and quality of Prezi. As well as it being helpful, it's incredibly fun to use, and to create. The variety of themes and tools means that everyone gets what they want, from a fun a bubbly classroom presentation, to a sophisticated business look, there's something for everyone

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't leave making a prezi till the last minute. You'll have so much fun creating it that you'd loose track of time

Pros: It is free, requires little time to learn the basics and looks better than other representation solutions used in my company.

Cons: In our company and the networks we hang out, Prezi is still quite newcomer. Sometimes you have to tell people what it is.

Overall: Compared to another choice (will not name it but you can guess) it is just so much more useful. It has been my choice of representation for many years.

Recommendations to other buyers: If your marketing deparment is busy or on vacation, this is (as fas as I know) the fastest solution to solve representation problems by yourself.

Pros: I love how you can move from one slide to the next and how you can kind of "zoom in" to specific blocks of text and/or photos. I also enjoy the different themes and how customizable each presentation can be. The ability for multiple people to work on the same project at the same time is also pretty great and helpful.

Cons: There is a learning curve to it that may be difficult for new users to adapt to. But once you get past that, the software is pretty cool. But I also don't like how some photos from the Internet become extremely low quality when you place them in a slide, especially when you want to set a new background.

Overall: I've used Prezi a ton during high school for presentations and such. I prefer it over PowerPoint. But Prezi never seemed to work well at my school - it would disconnect from the Internet constantly. Maybe there was something wrong with my school's wifi because those problems only happened at school. Despite that, I never had a problem presenting it (it was just the matter of working on it).

Recommendations to other buyers: Do whatever you can to make the software super user friendly.

Cons: Although I appreciate the pre selected fonts, sometimes I wish I had a little more control over fonts. Additional movement (beyond fade in) would also be cool.

Overall: I've used Prezi to present ESL lessons in South Korea and Oman. I'vr used Prezi to put together a vacation proposal for my boyfriend. Ive used Prezi to create an easy and interactive seating chart. I wish more things were designed as well as Prezi is.

Pros: Its different, new, innovative and most importantly it stands out. You know someone has used prezi on how easy, great and functional it really is. You con,t need to bring your flashdrive and plug it in. You just go online and type in your username and password thats one of the great features about it.

Cons: Add more features to it. Right now its plain but if you add more features into it like different fonts and templates that are intresting and fun to use.

Overall: Prezi is an amazing pesentation site. Its new, innovative and has lead me through all my years without any failure or malfunction. When I first tried it I knew it was right for me. Wonderful for any type of work, I would definitely recommend it to many people to use and I already have.

Recommendations to other buyers: Nothing more i could say. Its great, amazing and fun to use keep expanding on it making it even more intresting for peple to use and you will reach the top!

Pros: Zooming around frees you from the linear discourse that other presentation softwares dictate. You can create a virtual 3d world which reflects your mind and thinking style. But most importantly, you can make on the spot decisions as you present it to an audience; if you think that they are a little bored, you can skip some parts; if they are interested, then you can zoom into more details. This flexibility enables me tailor my lessons according to my students' responses. With other presentation software, I had to add bridges from slide to slide to gain the same effect but with prezi, ¿ don't have to think of the order that I am going to present so much. ¿ just decide what I want to tell, and put it in the space. Then, when the lesson begins, ¿ just keep asking students questions and zooming here and there as required. The same prezi, therefore, can be used with many levels and with many types of classes.

Cons: It takes ages to prepare a prezi. You need to know what exactly you want to say before you begin. So if you are not in the habit of planning, things can quickly get a little dizzy (because of zooming in and out too much)

Overall: I've been using the free version for educators. I've made 4 or 5 prezis most of which were for educational or academic purposes. I also used it once to prepare a birthday surprise for one of my friends. I used our photographs together and made a heart shape with them. In addition, I used it to advertise a piece of art by me. My purpose was to sell it online but I could not.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be very nice if the youtube videos could work off-line. And of course, we want more prezi backgrounds :)

Pros: The freedom of orientation (turning the page, zooming, upside down, etc.) is great. The quality of the images is also really good and the end product usually has a nice, flashy, slick feel to it.

Cons: Sometimes the software has a tendency to 'think for me' too much. It assumes I want a certain thing, and I can't convince it otherwise. Also, the new layer concept with different depths is beautiful, but I can't control how the background zooms with the layers. I'll place a frame over a certain part of the background in a way that I think looks good, but when the software zooms into that layer, I get a whole different part of the background in view. Often the placement of a frame will also change without my input.

Overall: The reason I wouldn't recommend the software to everyone is that I think it's too complicated for a lot of people I know. Although the interface is, at first glance, pretty intuitive, a lot of people I know are used to PowerPoint, and I think it's too different in method for many people. I would definitely recommend it to creative people with a little digital know-how, however.

Recommendations to other buyers: A great addition would be to incorporate the 'animation' options that PowerPoint offers to some degree. Sometimes having text or pictures appear in the frame after you've zoomed into would be better than viewing everything at once. For instance, in my last Prezi I wanted to show a picture, then have a red cross appear on top of it at my next mouse click ('crossing it out'). This didn't seem possible with the software. By the way, I've had no contact with customer service and, as a current student, didn't pay for the software, so the five star rating there is simply to reflect my indifference. Tip for capterra! Allow me to say 'not applicable'!

I use it in a computer lab where no projector was available, so remote presentation was a must-have feature for me.

Pros: versatility, professional look wonderful cloud storage, introducing folders was wonderful

Cons: can be slow low memory for embedded clips and graphics, sometimes slow when collaborating

Overall: Love this software I use it for all of my presentations and BYOD classrooms. It would be great to have a better capacity for clips and other more interactive features. I often make a template presentation as a lesson and share it with students to have interactive and collaborative learning as well as differentiated learning and have them send it back to me. Sometimes prezi can be slow or not load properly wich is a bit of a pain. I use it offline when overseas for presentations as well.

Pros: It (can) make any topic presented more clear to the audience if we use the software to its full potential.

Cons: The audience may remember more about the great software you use, rather than the presentation's content itself!!...which in a way could be a good thing, since they will remember me!

Overall: My former PhD supervisor recommended I use Prezi; I loved it from the first use and now only use this software for all my presentations. It makes presentations clear, very visual and keep the audience interested all the way (if we use it wisely!).
More functions could make it even better: e.g. have a better control over colours and fonts.

Recommendations to other buyers: Should add more functionalities: for example there should be more fonts and we should be able to chose colors of all parts of the presentation rather than use predefined themes.

Pros: There are a large variety of themes available. In fact, I have chosen a different theme for each presentation I have created. I select themes that metaphorically or in some other way convey the specific message of the presentation.

Sometimes I will add slides into a circle pattern so that as we progress through the presentation we come back around to the beginning.

Cons: The only con (and this is also a positive) is the presentation moves. My technique is to add slides next to each other so that the movement is small. If you go across the whole screen to the next slide, it can give the audience a feeling of seasickness.

Overall: I have created several presentations using Prezi ¿ just the free version.

The first presentation had a little learning curve as I figured out which theme to use and how to add "slides". I practiced the presentation a couple of times and then delivered it in front of about 50 people. The response was very positive. People liked the style of the presentation and found it easy to follow. Also, Prezi is much more interesting to watch than a traditional power point.

Since then I have created several Prezi presentations. Every time the audience asks about the software and mention how much fun it was.

Using a free plugin I have also embedded the presentations on blog posts for my business website, like you would a You Tube video. Site visitors can review the presentations and read my notes at anytime.

Prezi has helped my business grow while helping educate the public and my clients.

Recommendations to other buyers: Use it and enjoy it.

The one thing I really dislike is the fact that content is accessible to all i.e. presentations are public unless you pay. That I find kind of unfair and, if it isn't your company paying for the privacy settings, it is quite expensive for an individual. I hope this can change.

Overall: I love Prezi. This is a completely new way of conceiving presentations and make them truly dynamic and engaging. I love the many functionalities and options and have literally surprised crowds with what I was able to do in these presentations.

Pros: It looks very cool. It's online, and downloadable. It can create PDFs. It's free with logo (super fair). It's animated.

Cons: Sometimes the balls and rectangles don't do what you always intend, creating a very mouse intensive experience. But you figure it out in the end, with perseverance.

Overall: It's a great tool. It's almost more like a toy, meaning, it's fun to create, and fun to show off. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of the basics, you can create simple and beautiful presentations that crush Powerpoint by comparison.

Recommendations to other buyers: No, just get it. It's the best thing out there.

Pros: Its ease-of-use and customization.

Cons: On a couple of occasions, my work computer's software needed upgrading (which is sometimes beyond my control) & it prevents me from editing existing/creating new slideshows.

Overall: As an educator, I need to have engaging visuals for my students (they're middle schoolers). Prezi fits the bill in every possible way. Customizable presentations in which you can easily insert music, videos, & more keep my classes focused and attentive and even some of the "driest" subjects. I love Prezi!

Recommendations to other buyers: Get it; use it. You will not be sorry.

Pros: The huge artboard
The icons and graphics coming with the software
The endless possibilities

Cons: Using customized icons and graphics is a complicated process, you need to use a file extension which is not so common for vector files and this means converting all the vector files you need.
It is not possible to embed Youtube videos with subtitles - this has been a problem a couple of time

Overall: I use Prezi to build presentations for clients who need to explain complex subjects in a narrative and dynamic way. It took me a while to get to feel confortable using the sofware, I followed a couple of free and premium on line courses that were helpful, both in understanding the technicalities and the "Prezi philosophy": you need to leave behind the concept of a normal presentation and this may be a rather slow process. Every new presentation I work on Prezi I feel I'm getting better about that.
I have some basic graphic skills and this helps in customizing the presentations.
The outcomes look professional and my costumers are very impressed by the work.

Pros: Some of the things that I like most about Prezi is the fact that it is more modern than Power Point, it contains more features and I can also access it through the Internet which is a lot easier because with power point i would have to use a USB. Also with Prezi I can edit it anywhere because of the App that it has, the app allows me to edit my presentation minutes before. Overall I enjoy and I love using Prezi.

Cons: I have no idea, to be honest Ive always has a positive experince using Prezi.

Overall: When I use this software I always have a positive experience, most of the time I use it for presentations and because of the applications it helps my presentation to be more presentable. All of my experiences with Prezi are positive

Recommendations to other buyers: I have no advice, the software is very straight forward. The only thing that comes to mind would be that when you're editing the slides make sure that the slides are in the right order because sometimes when you move the arrows of the structure it goes to a different slide. However other than that noting else comes to mind.

Pros: Ease of use
Looks great
Makes you think a bit more on how to best present whatever you're presenting
The abundance of information that fits

Cons: Could possibly have a larger selection of figures, graphs and insertable images. And some more fonts.

Overall: Prezi is easy to get used to and takes a different spin on how to present your work and ideas. The mind map structure is appealing, especially when teaching. More complicated ideas or concepts are easier to communicate since the fluid movement between the bigger picture and the minute details is easily accomplished.

Cons: Templates and icons are not enough.

Pros: Concept mapping approach!

Cons: Cannot build tables in the program, have to import images of tables so it's very hard to show data, and frustrating to adjust the tables because you have to import a new image.

Pros: Presentation flow, ease of use

Cons: * Big pain to move elements of the presentation around on the overall board after you've created the element and placed it.
* Haven't been able to integrate sound effects or music very well. Can't seem to associate sound with just one slide. Maybe not seeing the way to do it, but it feels non-intuitive.

Overall: Love the flowing feel this software gives to presentations, much more natural progression than other presentation software.

Pros: It changed the boring way to think about your work and increases graphical and interactive features to ordinary slide presentation. You can start using templates and later producing your own presentations. I use the free version for academics and it is full of resources.

Cons: If you keep thinking in full-text slide-format, this is not for you. Prezi works at its best with keywords, short sentences and lots of images that support what you will say.

Overall: I learned how to deliver a message in a more efficient way using Prezi. As an academic researcher, I communicate science to specialists on presentations and Prezi always impresses the audience. I save my Prezi as an executable file in MAC or PC and it works perfectly well 99% of the time.

Recommendations to other buyers: There are other free softwares to make presentations. I found Prezi very friendly and reliable.

Pros: Great design

Overall: There are three reason why I'm very likely going to abandon Prezi this school year. 1) I am unable to print out the presentations for students who need a paper copy of information. 2) The very frustrating notion that I can't delete Prezis that have been shared with me. 3) The nightmare of the front page - I can't arrange or order by name or date. All of these make Prezi more of an annoyance than a utilized tool.

Pros: Flexibility, creativity, dynamic nature of zooming presentation

Cons: Tricky to use own background image; better to select from pre-designed images

Overall: I use this software for university teaching and for presentations and talks. Prezi give s a neat and non-linear presentation. While you can set up a planned sequence of slides, it's very easy to zoom to any point in the presentation without awkward flipping through other slides. This is great when the audience wants to have a discussion. The ability to unite the presentation picture around one larger theme image also makes for a sophisticated presentation. Lots of flexibility. It's great!

Cons: 3. Accessibility of the Desktop Prezi

1. Price, Cost & Subscription are expensive for an independent contractor like me who starting up and only presents once in every three months!

Overall: Never used the paid version but educational & trial versions, so my review will be limited only about the program not any customer support. Desktop Prezi is the future of presentation. Absolutely Fabulous tool to have a presentation with a soul (The soul could be the theme of the presentation slides.
