Pros: Its an easy to use product when you have a small company, the product is easy to install and to configure.

Cons: Need more features like CTI and ... but in the main subject all is good and its work fine. I try it and its a good one.

Pros: Very easy to use and teach your employees how to use. Scales incredibly fluidly so that it can be easily implemented across an entire organization

Cons: Doesn't have as many features as I'd like so sometimes it's difficult to accomplish the task at hand.
