I don't have to worry about taking anything out for taxes, and adding more people to payroll was so simple! Cons Nothing yet! I am curious as to how everything plays out once tax season hits. Cons Needs an easier feature for tips. I divide CC tips hourly between my employees. I can go back and edit time cards if an employee doesn't sign out. It submits all tax forms for me to save time and money. I don't need a bookkeeper to fill out the tax forms Cons It is hard to get real-time support if there is a problem. I have to email them wait for customer support to get back to me. Since it is a Square product, I expect ongoing improvements and enhancements. Cons Timesheet entry/importing/run payroll elements are confusing and poorly designed/counterintuitive. Pros It is easy, it reminds us, it does all of the payments to the IRS and Edd on a quarterly and relieves the stress of paperwork. Cons It is all tech. No if, ands or buts. I like the time cards and then using that information to put into payroll. Its easy for employees to access as well. Cons Some things like garnishment and taxes taken out seem to be improperly calculated from time to time. Especially something as important as payroll. I have used ADP prior to switching to Square and I prefer Square Payroll over ADP any day! Pros I can directly pull their timecards and complete payroll in a matter of minutes! When I am traveling and on the go, I don't have to be worried about taking time away to process payroll because i can complete it in just a few clicks. The last software you could use is to be able to create employee schedules and all my headaches would go away! Love square payroll!
